Cannot say enough great things about this storage place. They treated us so well and we had a great experience from start to finish. This was the first time we had ever rented storage, so we looked around. Frankly, we were not satisfied with most of what we saw -- until we happened on South Prairie Storage. Place was immaculate (new), accessible and the staff were very kind and accommodating. They had a climate controlled unit that fit our needs at a very fair rate. We had the unit for six months or so, and when it came time to end our agreement, that went just as smoothly as renting it originally. Quick response, quick refund of deposit and kindness. We HIGHLY recommend South Prairie Storage and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

The application process was handled online and everything was all set up and I was given a storage unit and the gate code all in the comforts of my home. The units are air tight and we are glad we chose South Prairie Storage

I just received my storage unit 1 week ago. I have already seen a repair person at the lot asking if I needed any assistance and the rental agency was thorough and prompt.
