“Some of the employees are super nice! I think this is family run. Around noontime, the parking lot is full of (mostly) pickups, and inside are the menfolk sitting around eating and catching up on what's going on. It really does feel like an old fashioned truck stop/diner/social hub! I've never had any trouble with their gasoline, it's around the same price as most everywhere else around here. They offer a pretty extensive menu, burgers & fries, and these really delicious hot dog or brat wrapped in baked dough... I know I just described a hot dog, but something about these is different!! Some of the staff is not quite rude, but definitely not friendly! It's a shame!”
“Earning Fuel points while shopping helps so much with the cost of fuel. Thank you again for being patient with me. They don't have a window to talk with the inside employees and pay, I had to talk with them through the side door available. Again, thank you for being kind. Fred Meyer is the best for fuel so far. Use those fuel points! Get your rewards with the card when shopping it's worth it!”

“It's a convenience store that sometimes brings in different stuff get in get out style. If you're the type that likes chit chat with the clerk probably not your place but they're professional enough. Only criticism on the deli sauce to what items you get ratio. But besides that all right convenience store.”

“Absolutely LOVE this Safeway. Im in town for a few weeks and discovered they have the BEST Safeway location here in Tillamook. To be clear, i am in the store every morning and every evening, so, i notice a lot. Every staff person i have spoken to/with has been so pleasant and helpful, it's very obvious when an employee feels valued anf happy where they are, they show pride and want to assist people with enjoying their store.
Kudos to the grooming standards, trust me when i say that people notice the beard guards, hair nets, gloves and safe handling standards of practice that this store has, I'm speaking for the people, and we tge people, say thank you.
Parking is great. Easily ADA accessible.
Checkout lines move quickly even though the self checkout way is my method of choice. Shelves are always stocked, there are no boxes or pallets in the aisles which is really nice. It's like a well oiled machine, organized as a library and more choices than one can imagine. I want to mention that the deli, produce, ready to eat choices, bakery, cashiers, self-checkout monitors, frozen foods, pharmacy,
cart gatherers and cart cleaners, cleanliness of the thruways and restroom along with customer service and all the people and departments i have not mentioned, i apologize, you are ALL top notch. Thank you for the great choices in music, i see and hear other customers tapping their fingers on carts and singing along, just another facet that separates THIS particular Safeway store from some others. Thank you for the flowers always looking fresh right along with everything else INCLUDING the phenomenal sale prices as we live in a constant inflationary tempered world.
This is a Ten gold star store and crew... nothing less, know your worth, you are appreciated, ALL of you.
