Had a monthly auto refil. Went in a few days after it was supposed to be ready and got.... you have 800 people in front of you waiting for their Rx to be filled might be ready in 2 to 3 hours. When I switched over from one that closed down in town, they could see that I had Rx that needed to be filled but couldn't because the originals didnt arrive due to a glitch and kept loosing the faxed ones from my Dr. Now thier phone systems are down. I have never had so much trouble with a pharmacy.

It takes a full week or more to get a prescription filled! Plus countless hours waiting in line for a prescription that should aready be done to be told it isn't and to come back another day -no matter how urgent it is. Two stars becaus I can't fault the workers, their short staffed, have short hours, and one of only two pharmacies in the county.

Every time I receive the automated "your prescription is ready" phone calI, I get to the store (often 2 days later), stand in line and then I'm told "sorry, it's not ready." So very frustrating!

They are overworked and run ragged since tillamook pharmacy shut down. I had a clerk tell me that 2 separate medications i.e. psych medication vs a different type of psych med were the same thing. So training could be a little better. I'm not angry at her misunderstanding, but I am concerned that someone won't know better and end up getting medically hurt due to their medications being screwed up by that kind of thing. Everyone deserves a job so as long as she get some more training I am hoping that things will get better.

Some reviews are not fair as FM just got all of Tillamook Pharmacy work when they closed causing them to be slammed. That said, wait times are too long, but they are decreasing them. They are usually very good - just give them time to catch up.-

This place is ridiculous, go anywhere but here, you could die waiting for them to fill your prescription, and the lies they tell about why they aren't ready , even after they say they are

9-25-23 9:10 showed up at Pharmacy to get a fill on script. The Pharmacist on duty looked at my script and told me be ready in 3hrs as I say I'll be waiting. Unexceptable period!!!! I walk with a Cain, I just had Emergency Surgery 3 weeks ago. I'm in pain, I shouldn't have to wait 3hrs. I don't live near by. Pharmacy goin to pay for my gas. I never had to wait 3hrs for a script 1hr tops. This is crazy. Do better. Don't make people waiting wait that long. You don't know what they are goin thru. Safeway other Pharmacys never told me 3hr wait, 20 min to 1hr. Do better!!!!

THE WORST EVER.... They take days to fill one script then the drive thru is closed on days it should be open with no reason why. Tried to call and keep getting hung up on. The employees are rude because they are over worked and have no structure and it's even worse now they bought out Tillamook pharmacy. I need the drive thru do to being disabled and they just close it when ever they want...so messed up. If I could rate them as a minus 10 stars I would.?

Something has changed in the last 4 or 5 months there and it’s not the customers fault …. if the employees aren’t happy with their work environment then perhaps management should step up to the plate and fix it …because I’m not dealing with pharmacies drama period

What a sad joke of a pharmacy. If you want your prescription days later, then this is the place for you. Automated system says it is ready, and then 4 hours later it’s still another 2-4 hours when they say it will be ready.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Interrupted several times, and cut me off while trying to ask for prescription info- then became angry stating that they "didn't understand" the request. To be clear, the information they needed was what I was trying to say when I was interrupted. Customer service has tanked here. Prescription shortages and misunderstandings are not their fault, nor are they a factor in this review. However, the rudeness and poor communication needs to be addressed.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Took them over 3 hours to fill a RUSH prescription. Go anywhere else but here
