I ordered shocks 4 days ahead for my motorhome, while I was traveling around the states, so I can get them when I arrive to the town. For some reason the box was different from what I ordered and I was so disappointed to return my order, but Willam caught up with me in my car by the store to let me know that he checked inside the box to find it’s the right item. He did everything to help me find the correct tools that I needed to install the shocks.

“I have to say this is the very best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Now, I only have used the parts and service departments, but witnessing how they operate I have no doubt that the sales would be any different. I harassed them prior to requesting an appointment for service about possible issues and they were helpful with leads and answers to all my questions. I clearly concluded it was beyond my abilities, and made my appointment. This service department was in touch with me all along appraising me each step with the diagnosis, lead time for parts, and additional parts needed.I have dealt with other less reputable dealerships, dealerships that when they say they need an extra parts it means it’s going to cost extra regardless of the warranty covering it. I had to have mine towed, given a rental car for my use, and the fix came quickly, under $400 when I thought it would be double the amount (Chipmunk ate through cables and nested under the hood). “Best experience I have had in Tillamook in a long time.. I own a 1993 GMC 1500 pickup because of the weight of the driver’s door, the upper hinge wore out, causing it to sag and hard to close.. Brought the truck to E&E Auto Body to get a quote on replacing it.. Went ahead and made the appointment with a deposit.. To my surprise, they replaced both upper and lower hinges.. The added bonus was that there were zerk fittings in both hinges.. Dropped the truck off when they opened and picked it up by noon..
