Leslie was able to find the shoe and have it shipped to our home, and took back the other size, even though I didn't have the receipt anymore. “First of all if I can give Nordstrom at Washington Square a 10 I would! Diana in the kids car seat department is an amazing soul! She did not up sale anything to me. I made the choice to switch my Maxi Cosi to a Nuna on my own. She went far and beyond for me and my child. W came from seattle visiting my Inlaws. I was not even looking. I had a few concern coming down here with my current car seat. I am so happy I met her. She is so knowledgeable about all the baby car seat, stroller etc... She doesn't bullshit to make a sale. She really cares about the babies safety. I LOVE that about her!! PLEASE LOOK NO further! Go to Nordstroms for all your baby needs and ask for Diana!! 10 star service!!!”

“I need a dress. I need a dress for a wedding. My sister found a White House/Black Market dress online. The nearest WH/BM to me is at Washington Square Mall in Tigard, OR. No worries. While I'm here, I'll look at some "other" stores with nice and casual dresses. Oh my. The "other" stores had no selection, dresses I would not even try on. Horrible taste. Inferior quality. And zero customer service. And these are the nicer stores. I finally find WH/BM. Axia immediately said hello and asked me what I was looking for. So nice. So kind. So understanding. I felt like a princess. I ordered the dress with Axia's help. I will not be returning to the "others". I will be at White House/Black Market. Thank you, Axia. Take care.”

“I get a lot of my clothes from here, I got many tops and some Jean's. I almost always get my Jean's here. They are so comfortable and so cute. I love them. I also got multiple tops, and their clothes are always in season and so cute. It's not too expensive for most things. But can be pretty spendy if you look at the right areas. But this place is great”
“Please be aware that most, if not all, workers will be teenagers like many malls all over America(kids themselves)so be patient and kind.They can't learn if they're not allowed to make mistakes. For example, look at that angry lady below me complaining about fifty-five cents. The logical and actual reason that happened is because the employee hit the number 1 key twice by accident. I'm sure the employee learned to slow down from now on.To many of the parents/guardians: You need to watch your kids, period. End of story. If you need a place to sit and there's no where else to sit then leave the store this is not a place to sit down anywhere you want just like most stores in the mall. Walk your lazy butt to the 4 benches right outside the store I'm trying to shop and you're in my way.To the cashiers: Slow the f down and chilllll. Even if there's a rude customer it's better to go at your own pace and do it right vs rushing and doing it wrong. When you guys put clothes away you need to slow down as well it's not that serious.As for the clothes they're great thank you.To everyone: A little patience and kindness goes a very long way.”
