I've had many pets over the years and can say that Willowbrook has been the best by far. Our Foster dog had to have a very difficult surgery recently. Willowbrook did an amazing job with him and has been very involved with his rehab and recovery. They are not Corporate Owned so they do not try to upsell tests , medications or supplements. They provided a full itemized breakdown, explanation and invoice of the charges. I appreciate their transparency. The staff is truly genuine and took exceptional care of our little guy every step of the way. We are so pleased we found our forever dog and now our forever Veterinary Clinic.

The team at Willowbrook is unmatched!! Charlie is an anxious soul but she warmed up to Dr Dougherty instantly. The team is patient and extremely knowledgeable. It is clear that this is not just a job for them and their expertise is backed with passion and empathy. I have the utmost trust in Willowbrook when Charlie is in their care.....that is why I drive across town for them and only them! Thank you for everything!!

Wonderful experience …. From the lovely lady at the front desk, the very knowledgeable Vet Techs and Dr. Dougherty, this is where we will take our dogs from now on. I liked the friendly, casual environment. Dr. Dougherty takes her time to explain everything, which I really like and you can tell she is very experienced. Bravo Willowbrook! You guys are fantastic! Wonderful experience! We moved into the neighborhood and needed to find a new Veterinarian. Willowbrook got us in right away and after tests , diagnosed our kitty with Diabetes. They have been exceptionally kind and informative about his treatment and our kitty was never stressed or frightened during care or treatment!

My little dog, Max had a cut under his eye. I called Willowbrook veterinary Hospital this morning. They got me right in the nicest doctor you’ll ever meet Sarah Dougherty, and the sweetest receptionist. I would highly recommend Willowbrook veterinary Hospital . It was a great experience Max was very comfortable with Sarah. She really put him at ease.

Aways takes good care of our furry friends, highly recommend.
Have had a couple urgent stuff happen and they are usually able to fit us in within a couple days, or refer us somewhere else
They do a fantastic job of bundling stuff to save money too. Dog broke his tooth - they offered to clean the others while he was under and trim his nails. Dog got sick from another dog - they did prompt testing / diagnosis and gave a prescription to help him recover. Dog came in for an exam and they offered to do an expression. All stuff that saved us tons of time off work and money.
They also do a great job of explaining everything and answering questions.
Usually my dog isn’t too freaked out about them so he must trust them to do good work too :)

I brought my elderly pup to Willowbrook for the first time last week and I was very happy with the service that was provided. I was able to get an appointment quickly when I called a week or so before, I wasn't kept waiting for the doctor when I arrived, and the care was extraordinary. Dr. Conning was knowledgable, straight forward, and explained diagnosis and treatment options fully and so I could understand what to expect. I trust her with my pup's care in his later life stage.

I am so very happy to find Dr. Dougherty @ Willowbrook in Tigard.This clinic is as suggested by a work pal. So, I called and was able to make an appointment right away and was so flabbergasted that the Doctor was my favorite at another larger chain.I was looking for a new Vet and just happened to be her!!!Dr. Dougherty remembered my dogs, and me!The appointment was just as I remembered; care and concern but not the "hard sell"If you are in the market; make the jump.Karen the receptionist and the techs, to the doc, you will be very pleased with individual attention to your loved ones.

Found this clinic from a co-worker as I was looking for new vet because the subscription at a chain had just become too expensive and the Vets didn't stay long. To my delight, I was told the Dr. Dougherty had bought the practice, she had been my favorite at the chain I had left! She remembered me and more importantly my pups. Everyone, Karen the receptionist and the vet tech was just great! Prices are reasonable and no hard sell!

My pet has been a patient at Willowbrook for 3 years now and we can't imagine going elsewhere. The staff is so responsive, caring, and knowledgeable; and their management is especially wonderful to work with.

This place is extremely high priced ..they used to be my vet until my dog needed surgery and they quoted me a very high price and I was able to find a better vet for half the price..also they gouge you very high in prescriptions
