Completely clueless employees at the checkout area. The line was around the corner and they’re having long conversations with just about every person at the register. Where is the manager? The Williams Sonoma website states that the Washington Square location in Tigard, OR opens at 10am on Sunday. This is incorrect; in-store personnel said they open at 11am. So customers who arrive at 10am expectng the store to be open will have wasted an hour of their Sunday morning.
