The staff wasn't very helpful and they didn't have what I was looking for. I checked online, and the website said you had to call the store or go in to see if it was in stock. I called, they said they'd check but I got hung up on. So I drove out there. No one asked to help me when I got there, but it turned out they didn't have it. It was a wasted trip, which could have easily been solved had an employee cared more or if the website worked. I'm giving them two stars instead of one though, because they're open till midnight and that's a rare thing these days.

Management doesn't seem to care or really be present. They hide in the back. They're always just working one register and a huge line of people so good luck getting in and out with convience. It's more like a huge inconvenience. Why not get another register open for better customer service?
Photo lab is not 1 hour photo.. they will "complete job status" in their system so it seems like their own metrics are on top of things when it's really not the case. I have come in, waited at the photo counter for way too long to finally be helped. My order was not completed. The canvas wasn't fitted onto the canvas frame at all, it came out really bad from what I could see, and it was on top of a pile of orders all unfinished. My photo prints were not printed multiple times, even though I get the confirmation email that it's done. I ended up cancelling everything when I seen it the last time and was very disappointed. The photo lab is a rundown mess.

Came to get a passport photo the woman behind the counter there said she would be a minute. The managers at this store consider customer service a low priority. When a person is standing in front of you asking for help that is the priority you don’t tell him to wait.

I was argued with both the employee and manager that I had a fake $50 bill. It was ridiculous. Even the pen they used didn't turn black. Teach your employees right!

Pharmacy worker got short tempered with me because he told me my prescriptions would be filled in 30 minutes. I waited an hour and called again. For him to say it would be 30 minutes to an hour. I told him how he said that to me an hour prior then got mad and told me to do what I wanted goodbye. Real professional. Been sick 2 weeks with bronchitis I’m just trying to feel better

Has bathrooms but refuses to let even paying customers use them. A common problem for this area. Ended up being forced to use a bush around back because everywhere that’s open won’t let you use a toilet.

Doctor sent in a script for oxycodone for my post op pain. They couldn’t find it so they just deleted my prescription….. no communication whatsoever, just made it disappear! Glad it wasn’t life dependent heart drugs! They’re bad…..

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Long lines, under staffed. They are frequently out of stock with no information. App very glitchy and the info is often wrong.

Worst pharmacy ever seen in my life. All the pharmacists and employees works there don’t know what they are doing. Medication are never ready on time and if I’m lucky it’s ready but you only get half of the quantity so, instead of 30 you get 15 and you have to go through this waiting and not getting answers twice in a month. My dad is diabetic patient and he needs his medicine on thin which is very hard to do with this Walgreens. Every time I call get different answers. If you have elders, parent's or special needs please don’t go to this pharmacy.
My dad is diabetic and ran out of his medicine bcz of they never give me full supply so I called the pharmacy and he told me it’s not my problem that he doesn’t have medicine I have customer in store to help and hang up on me. It’s just not 1 incident this is something ongoing that I’m facing.
Now it’s point where even this pharmacy get 0 on review they don’t even care.

Silvy that works in the pharmacy is absolutely awful. She is so unhelpful and rude. She has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. She is beyond unhelpful and completely ignores customers.

I went to get some copies and their system was really terrible,and their worker kept telling me go to fedex when i was trying to download my documents.and i did not be able to get copies in 2024,literally terrible,they work with the antique machines…
