Has bathrooms but refuses to let even paying customers use them. A common problem for this area. Ended up being forced to use a bush around back because everywhere that’s open won’t let you use a toilet.

Worst pharmacy ever seen in my life. All the pharmacists and employees works there don’t know what they are doing. Medication are never ready on time and if I’m lucky it’s ready but you only get half of the quantity so, instead of 30 you get 15 and you have to go through this waiting and not getting answers twice in a month. My dad is diabetic patient and he needs his medicine on thin which is very hard to do with this Walgreens. Every time I call get different answers. If you have elders, parent's or special needs please don’t go to this pharmacy.My dad is diabetic and ran out of his medicine bcz of they never give me full supply so I called the pharmacy and he told me it’s not my problem that he doesn’t have medicine I have customer in store to help and hang up on me. It’s just not 1 incident this is something ongoing that I’m facing.Now it’s point where even this pharmacy get 0 on review they don’t even care.

Doctor sent in a script for oxycodone for my post op pain. They couldn’t find it so they just deleted my prescription….. no communication whatsoever, just made it disappear! Glad it wasn’t life dependent heart drugs! They’re bad…..

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Long lines, under staffed. They are frequently out of stock with no information. App very glitchy and the info is often wrong.

Silvy that works in the pharmacy is absolutely awful. She is so unhelpful and rude. She has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. She is beyond unhelpful and completely ignores customers.

I went to get some copies and their system was really terrible,and their worker kept telling me go to fedex when i was trying to download my documents.and i did not be able to get copies in 2024,literally terrible,they work with the antique machines…

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Multiple times the automated system sent a text stating a prescription is ready for pick up, go to the location and it is not. My wife has waited on hold for multiple hours on the phone to check on prescriptions. Getting something filled usually takes multiple days, when at my previous pharmacy they could have it the same day it was prescribed. Lines are always long and move slowly. Tired of it and not coming back. I would advise anyone else to use another pharmacy.

I made a vaccination appointment for 3:30 a couple of weeks ago. I am traveling and to get them I get here and the line is long and everyone in front of me has been "called to come in early" for their appointments after 5pm because they will be closing.I finally get to the window and say I have an appointment at theis time and do I have to wait for everyone that they called in early because my appointment is now. He says "well we will try but it will be a long wait.Stop taking appointments if you can't honor them. It is this way all the time.I am very angry because this keeps happening and by taking appointments it gives a false sense of some king of organizational procedures.

Avoid the pharmacy. They're like robots and they don't listen. I went there and told them I'm no longer working and don't have benefits, but they said they still need to contact my doctor and I said I don't have a doctor. They said, well, they still OK/extend prescriptions. So they said they'll let me know when the prescription's ready.3 days go by, nobody calls, so I call them, and this time a girl tells me the doctor denied the prescription. I told her, you guys don't listen. I'm an AARP member and I brought in my card to use that b/c I don't have a doctor.I used the F bomb a few times to which I got a warning and I said if you guys would have just listened in the first place, I told you, I do not have a doctor. I said you know what, you guys are a waste of my time. I am sick of going round and round with incompetent people and that's been my experience at Walgreen's pharmacy on Gaarde. There's always something they got wrong, something they didn't understand, something they missed. I've had the wrong pills given to me, the wrong amount of pills, now a denial of meds after they said I'd get them. And like others have said, you'll get a text or call from their automated system saying your prescription is ready when it isn't. It's just one thing after another and I'm sick of it.
