Stores customer service was great, but Verizon still sucks. Charging me a late penalty for payment made on the date it was due… I refuse to pay the fine and paid the balance due. The store clerk was courteous and unprofessional, and didn’t ask any questions.

Came in to pick up an online order, manager was very rude and treated me like an idiot because I wasn't an account manager. "We can't just hand out phones." Yeah thanks it's $25 earbuds. Offered to verify card I used to purchase, email, login to the account, no. Ended up leaving without my order I paid for. Wouldn't have been so bad if the manager was at least polite or apologetic but no she was so condescending my god. Go to another store.

I was hoping to be able to write a nicer review after my drive in today. I just needed some simple customer service. Apparently, we cannot call the store, and I was received by a rude condescending associate who acted like that is common knowledge since Covid (the Verizon customer service line doesn’t even know this).
I upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago and I was not impressed with this location through that process, but it was fine. They did upsell me on a charger and a $60 glass cover (I didn’t know the price until after it was put on my phone). The glass over cracked after two weeks. The Verizon helpline said to go into the store I purchased it and they’d replace it. This was not the case. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal. But the fact you can’t call the store and ask wasted a lot of time for me today. On top of that the associate was very condescending and lacked the customer service skills I’ve praised Verizon for in the past.
I won’t return to this store for anything. I’d recommend others go to a different location if you can manage it. If not, get your phone and get out. Nearly everything can be purchased elsewhere for significantly cheaper. And those companies will stand behind what they sell their customers.

Visited this Verizon store to get a new phone for our daughter and were assisted by Taylor. She was great! She was very knowledgeable about the various Verizon plans and helped us get to the right one, answering technical questions along the way. She was also very personable and fun to work with. Hooray for Taylor!

Long time Verizon customer.Came to store for changing some bill settings.Employees absolutely zero help.Way too interested in upselling a new phone.This was a Monday mid day.Store not busy.This is an Official Corporate Store.Very disappointed.And frustrated.April 8 was the day.

I have an appointment setup for my business to get yet another line from Verizon. They don’t allow you to call the store directly so I set it up with their call center, arrived right on time, store states that it should be open and no one is here. This place is a joke.

I was online with Verizon and the experience was frustrating. I came into the store and Taylor along with her manager,James treated me fairly, kindly, and gave me the best deal possible which I thought was fair.

Went to Verizon today with my mom to get some questions answered. The guy that was kinda helping us was not patient with us at all. It was like we were inconveniencing him at his customer service job. His name was Jason, big guy with tattoos on his arms. Don’t go to him for help.

Wow! The manager at this location, Kylie, went way above and beyond what she had to do in order to help us solve our tech problems. My husband and I, not tech savvy to say the least, came in the store and were thoroughly impressed with her customer service. She exudes amazing patience, is kind, humorous, and has the ability to truly multi-task; everyone who came in the door was helped by her with a wide smile and a positive can do attitude. We hope she is appreciated by her bosses and given any upward mobility she might desire.

Comically terrible. As we patiently stood by and the sales agent try to connect our watches to service- After 45 minutes- I asked the rotund white tattooed man how much longer he thought it would take. he said in a very apathetic voice, "it will take as long as it takes" When I complain to the manager Michelle, she completely went off. She said "he is trying to help you and you are being rude!" This was the queue that the apathetic sales associate was waiting for from his apathetic manager. He said a loud voice "OK I am now refusing service" and pushed the devices away from him on the table. I went home and called Verizon tech-support. A very competent lady was able to activate service on our watches within 20 minutes.

Incredible old-fashioned customer service! I decided to treat myself to a different cell phone and a different cell phone company as my Christmas present to myself. I decided on Verizon as my new cell phone company and went over to this Verizon store on Southwest Hazel Fern Way near Bridgeport Village. It was a few days before Christmas and they were really busy! The store manager, James, was at the front door taking people's names and their time of arrival. I don't think I waited more than 12 or 13 minutes before I was helped by a sales rep. His name was Keaton and he was so helpful and so informed about the products in his store that I was very impressed with him. I had done my research and I asked if they had a certain Motorola phone in stock and he said yes and brought it out to me. My current cell phone company was then called to get the porting code and my account number but they would not give me my account number over the phone no matter what kind of information I gave them. I don't know that account number by heart, and I can only access it from my laptop, and my laptop is in the shop. Not even Keaton could coax them to surrender my account number over the phone. I understand the need for security but I'm giving them all the information they need to verify that it's me! That was the only drawback to my appointment was I have to go back to finish getting my new phone set up with my current cell phone number. I will be calling my soon-to-be ex cell phone company's executive customer service branch, explain to them what was going on and I am pretty sure that they will give me my account number when they hear how I was mistreated by their personnel. My new Motorola phone was given a "burner number" just so we could start setting it up, and as soon as I get my account number from my soon-to-be ex cell phone company we can finish setting up the Motorola and I can be a Verizon customer! I cannot thank Keaton and James enough for their excellent customer service! This particular Verizon store is highly recommended by me! Just my opinion, folks! Happy New Year everyone!
