Me and my Hispanic friend walked into Verizon, didnt get greeted to start off, we had to ask for help when there was 2 people there not doing anything(1 was already helping someone). After they decided who was going to help me he did it in a rude fashion . While there waiting ,a Caucasian lady walks in, gets greed and helped the complete opposite way we were treated. This is horrible customer service and would never go to this location or recommend this location to anyone.

Robert and Mitchell were amazing . Robert engaged us right away and helped us fine tune our plans and confidently trade a phone for the latest and greatest. Mitchell helped us understand wireless charging and the value of some other accessories. These guys were simply awesome

I cant speak enough kind words and how incredible Johnathon was. He was very patient with explaining my plan to me. It’s really nice to see someone who cares about customer service which you don’t see often! I would recommend anybody to come visit Johnathon and have him help you out! Thank you Johnathon for truly helping me this weekend!

I have to give 5 stars because of Johnathon. He was amazing this weekend! He was very patient with me and explained everything very well about my plan! If I need to come back I would come see Johnathon! I would recommend to come in the see Johnathon but all the staff were very nice as well! Thank you Johnathon for being very kind!

Yeah ain’t coming here again. I went to order a new phone and the younger Hispanic male working kept trying to push me for the new phone services they were promoting. Told him “NO” multiple times, if he would’ve asked me a Fourth time I would’ve walked out. Other than that service was good. They took care of me fairly quick.

Verizon has gone down hill in the last few years and provides horrible customer service. With a plethora of other options go with another provider.

Evidently the store has different practices then when you call. They were unable to help at all!!Phone quotes are different too ?I appreciate Verizon's response. But I would like a Supervisor to reach out to help resolve the major issues I'm trying to get resolved! I was promised that but no one reached out. So frustrating!

I was fortunate to have a very competent Verizon representative, Jonathan Hoover assist me in acquiring a new iphone. He wasefficient, professional, polite and personable, and a delight to work with. If I was retired and still had my business I would have offered him a position. Excellent service I received by Jonathan at the Verizon Cascade Plaza location.

My mother and I have gone to this store for years and I love the employees there. However; my mother went in because she had just fixed her phone with Verizon the other day but something got messed up in the process. Nothing that was on our end, it was an employee and we get mistakes get made and it’s fine. One of the managers, Ambross was his name, blamed my mother and said that it was our fault it happened. He did end up helping her at the end but I feel as tho no store employee or manager should ever blame a customer. Especially when it is not their fault. It’s disgusting. I hope he fixes his problem going on. He just seemed unprofessional. I will continue to go to this store because I’ve never had a problem like this before but I hope I or anyone else gets help from him. A manager that can’t take blame or criticism is not a manager at all. I hope to see him or Verizon fix that problem because it is a bad look for their company and that building

Love coming to this store, all the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend coming here for everything. Got my upgrade, everything transferred and awesome promotions. Everything was explained wonderfully on what I was purchasing.
