Waited over an hour today, so an unsmiling, mumbling guy could give me a bunch of unclear, contradictory, and unhelpful info. I went in prepared to upgrade my plan and get a new phone, but I left with nothing. No way would allow this man to make any changes to my account as he clearly did not know what he was doing. I should have heeded the other reviews here and waited for Nicholas to be available.

Admittedly, I’m one of those people that thinks about writing a review a lot more often than I actually do. My experience at the Tigard Verizon store practically demanded a review… and a really really good one at that!
My phone was stolen Wednesday evening and Thursday morning I went to get my replacement. The store had been open less than an hour and Nicholas Levine was the only salesman working and he was already with a customer. I won’t bore you with the details of my visit or transaction but it is imperative that I thank Nicholas for his outstanding service. He has to be the greatest asset of this business. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and this was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. If possible, I won’t buy another phone from anyone else. I hope the management takes care of him.

Derick was amazing. He was so patient and helpful getting our whole family phone upgrades. He got my android transferred over to an iPhone and helped us set up parental controls too.

Was having trouble with my phone and not being able to send out calls and my phone was stuck on sos mode but I walked into the store and I had an employee named Derik help me out. He was super welcoming and just all around made my experience super great. Thank you Derik

Highly recommend this company and this location!!! I had my phone stolen and yes I had insurance on it, the fellow was quick to resolve my issue but I had to wait a little longer due to my financial situation - I ran to apple to see if they could help me quicker but they are the worst! Dumping my insurance with apple and keeping my insurance with Verizon! I received my phone that very next morning! Unfortunately I couldn’t activate it through the insurance department but I went back to this location and the gentleman was quick to help, resolved my issue and got me back on the grid!! Patient, communicated well and I am so appreciative for them! Love this company and this location! Highly recommend

Excellent customer service provided by Derek and Ashlie. Historically I’ve had negative experiences with Verizon customer service but they were so easy and positive to work with. I highly recommend them!

Vibe (consideration/caution/pro vs con) of store: only 1 female employee out of 5, no one appeared over the age of 30, and if you want 3-piece suit employee, that's an option, if you prefer business casual employee, that is also an option.

I learned today that as this is not a corporate store, the can't really help you. I had a conversation with Nicholas, who Said that the only way to solve my problem was to upgrade to a newer phone. (Not true) He did not even bother to listen to my complaint or to check the notes on my account, all while being very condescending and then insulting. Went to a corporate store where they fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes.

Their computer system was down when I arrived but Derrick tried to help me before turning me over to Gregory who was the only associate who had been able to log on. He got me my new iPhone and accessories and all my data transferred. Everyone was doing their best under a bad situation. Both Derrick and Gregory were rock stars!
