Well another bad review for your store all all because of the Asian man working on Wednesday afternoon! I live close by and do all my shipping business at your store. There is a nice lady who is very pleasant and helpful and the younger guys working on Sunday always provide excellent customer service. The shorter Asian man that works during the week is a whole different story.He always suggests when a return needs a box for shipping that i go find a box and bring it back all ready to ship ! Why not offer to sell me a box or the thick plastic wrap ? When i visited your store on Wednesday i called him out on this and he became very very offended. I also needed to print shipping label and another sheet of paper to take with me . He then proceeded to tell me after waiting 10-12 minutes and letting 5 customers go ahead of me that he did not get email. He told me my 3 bars on cellphone was probably the reason , then he told me that i did not use dot com at the end of my email! He suggested i scan bar code for Wifi to your store which i did. I then resent my two emails again and let another 3-4 customers go ahead of me , after about 10 minutes he said still no email . i explained to him my phone is fine just on cellular data for sending emails and that i have the stores email bookmarked and i frequently come in and email stuff to the store and that its almost impossible for me to send 4 emails in a 20 minute time frame 2 on cellular and 2 on stores Wifi when they are already " bookmarked " in my phone not to come through !He tried to " play me " like i was stupid my whole visit and other times i have visited your store this is A PATTERN!!Keep in mind that after 20 minutes and a line of about 6-7 customers waiting while i argue with him about emails not coming through , he doubles down and tries to Flip the script and says why am i coming down on him , he has done nothing wrong ! He obviously hates his job and customers as well !Why this guy is behind a customer service counter is beyond my comprehension and common sense. This was the WORST customer service i have probably had at any store i have visited in my life . He literally lied to me about not receiving me emails , treated me poorly and like i was stupid ! I felt sorry for the other people waiting in line and left. I was absolutely DISGUSTED with my store visit and the time i wasted in the store!I read your last one star review about 2 weeks ago from a customer with almost the exact complaint against the same man. Its obvious that this is a "Recurring Theme" the only only question is what are you going to do about it ?

The Asian short guy that works at the front, needs help w customer service and patience- he was rude this am to me on my day off and I chose not to say anything today but everything out of his mouth to not explaining prices then to repeating himself like your stupid and then his body movements reflected his irritations but not being helpful or respectful. I work in the service industry you think he would be great at it! Worst expierence at a UPS I HAVE EVER HAD!

Every time I return to this location, the person behind the counter is unhelpful, border line rude.I’ll start using a different carrier for my Amazon returns if they don’t do anything about it.

I had to send out shoes in a shoe box but they wouldn’t let me use the shoe box so they told me I should buy one for $7.50 which is crazy ridiculous. I went over to bi mart because I had to buy a box for $2.99. When I came back so I can send it out they told me to tape it but them just to tape it up with two pieces of tape was $2.25!!!!! I’m sooo shocked and kinda irritated by those ridiculous prices. If I’m buying two pieces of tape I told him he should just give the whole roll instead. Disappointed in the overpricing.

Worst owner ever. I contacted Amazon ahead of time to confirm I didn’t need to specially box my items. The instructions do not say to prebox your items. It just says to print the label

I rented a box at this location for years, wasn’t notified it was sold. I just noticed terrible service & rude interactions when I had questions or needed anything. They had devised no plan for customers to pick up their packages during holiday season when it was packed with those with shipping needs. I’d wait 30 minutes to get my mail & then be treated rudely by the woman who works there.I switched to a different mailbox rental down the road, night & day how I’m treated. Now I just go here when I have an Amazon return. Not surprisingly they (she) is equally as rude as ever. Not one accommodation to help in any fashion. You’re better off going to UPS directly (not far from here) for returns or use Postal Connection 1/2 a mile away & be treated like a valued customer.

Horrible customer service, asked for assistance with a return, was told no, rude and disrespectful! Said I would be calling corporate and response was “I don’t care” well, that sums up the customer service for this store!

Every time I come here to return an Amazon box, the staff tries to refuse shipment until they sell something. $5 for a $.50 tape. Horrible
