I went in on a Tuesday and bought a beautiful couch. It was half off the listed price as Tuesdays are senior discount days. The staff was super friendly. When I went to pick it up after renting a van from HD I was surprised to find that they deliver as well! The store manager and his helper Hugo loaded it up, drove the van for me, moved my old couch out and brought the new one in!! The Union Gospel thrift store puts 100% back to the community. To me that's the best part.

When my neighbors left bunch of stiff n basement I automatically thought of U.G.M As they helped me with clothing and stuff like that when I homeless. But when they called to let me know they were on the way the person was
INCREDIBLY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. I took them to basement. There were few things I needed to put n a bag. Adverb I told this guy that he WENT OFF ON ME. TELLING ME ( N A VERY NASTY TONE) THAT NOW THEY HAD TO WAIT ON ME. IT TOOK ME LESS THEN 5 MINUTES. I told him that he needs to check himself and not talk to me in that manner.Because he upset me so bad with the way he was talking to me.I forgot like five things that they forgot to pick up because they were so rude and nasty to me.so now i've got to call someone else to pick up rest of
What was 4gotten be cause I'm not willing to put myself thru dealing with that person again. I have severe PTSD . UNFORTUNATELY because of horrible disrespectful way he spoke to me I will not being dealing with your business again. This person had ABSOLUTELY NO CUST SVC at all. Spotify concern. He needs to be fired, but on the least ending. He needs to go through some kind of sentences training because of people who do not speak to me that way. There was no reason for him to speak to that way and it.Because you were unemployed.I won't be dealing but won't deal with your establishment anymore

Great place to find clothes etc. Donate here rather than GW. Money goes directly to charity.

Been coming here for years but in the early 2000s it was better with friendlier staff but now the store has surpassed goodwill pricing. Sometimes I’ll find better deals at H&M or forever 21 when they have their sales or 5$ dollar rack but atleast that’s brand new clothes not donated. It’s like this store knows thrifting is cool among younger people and really taking advantage of that market as they really upscale the price on donations back in the early 2000s they used to care about the lower income community because those ppl tend to buy second hand stuff (like when I was a kid I used to see the cashiers lower prices if they visibly see that, that particular individual looked like they rly needed it) but now they really seem to care about profit rather than the community or I suppose it’s all inflations fault.

Have been coming here for several years. Just like most other thrift stores sometimes you find some wins and sometimes you find nothing, its all apart of the process. Always friendly staff and clean store. Glad to have something like this in the local area.

They have a great staff and will take nearly any household items. I've donated load after load here as I'm cleaning my recently sold house. I say they're WAY better than Goodwill.

I've donated quite a few pieces of gently used furniture to them. They were very grateful. They picked everything up from my house.

I was disappointed to see that this thrift store has gone away Value Village and Goodwill and has increased their prices quite a bit. I realize the proceeds go to a good cause, and everything is more expensive these days, but $10 for all adult pants is ridiculous in a thrift store. They had some brands marked even higher, as well as those they were new with tags still on. $13 or $14 for a pair of new Kohl's pants is absolutely insane, at the thrift. I went in here because I donated about four large bags of clothing. I will not be back to shop.
