My dog has been a client for over 6 years and she loves her monthly bath! Having the mobile groomer come to me is a lifesaver. My dog is not stressed out like taking her in to get her bath used to cause. She loves all of the groomers. I highly recommend Ultimate Dog!!

Last time we took our dogs there the groomer didn't clean my poodle's ears - our vet wasn't happy - and my other dog's cut was so bad! Charged a fortune and groomer refused to brush their teeth!! We've moved on!!

We’ve been with Ultimate dog for nearly ten years and through 4 dogs. So professional, kind, and gentle.We would never go anywhere else. Our shy pups love them so much! No better groomers in Washington County!

This place is amazing! We always have first class experience at the Ultimate Dog. My 12 Chihuahua is a regular :) Every Team member is always super attentive and welcoming! Five stars treatment :)

We love taking our Maggie to Josie! My mother wouldn’t allow anyone near Maggie unless it was Josie. Now that Maggie is ours we still go to Josie. Maggie adores her! Her cuts are spot on, she is professional and personable. And Maggie comes home looking like the queen she is!

Brought my wild Dobie in for a trim on her iron-hard nails. She was in and out in minutes with a nice trim. Would have been a battle for me, I was really impressed at how well they handled her.

Whitney at Ultimate Dog is the best ever! She is beyond compassionate and is a stellar human being. She loves animals and takes such good care of our dogs when we bring them in. I highly recommend UDG for fair, reasonable and compassionate grooming needs!!

Absolutely fantastic place! My chug dog is usually super scared of getting her nails done, but the professionalism of the dog groomer at Ultimate Dog Grooming had her in and out in about five minutes and they really made her feel comfortable! She was starting to look like a falcon with how long her nails were getting, so this needed to get done! I'll definitely be coming back!

Ultimate Dog Grooming is an amazing shop to get your loving fur babies groomed.We have a golden doodle (Harley). Who if anyone has ever owned a doodle; they know how difficult their fur can be. If you don't get them groomed on a regular basis, they can get matted and dingy.UDG were very responsive and professional whenwe had to reschedule, due to personal life on our end. But each time they were willing and quick to set us up for a different appointment, knowing that things don't always work out the way that we planned.We had never been one to take our dog in to a groomer; normally we do everything ourselves since they are known to be expensive, but we wanted to at least see what a professional groomer could do. And if you ask my opinion, it was definitely worthwhile. Now that I've seen how beautiful they made our fur baby, we definitely plan to make it a treat for our Harley.

I had a hard time looking for a place to have our big labradoodle pup groomed. Places were either not accepting new clients or not allowing big dogs. I stumbled upon Whitney’s page in Instagram @doodlestodachshunds and saw the many doodles she had already groomed. They all looked great!! When I found out she grooms at Ultimate Dog on Saturdays, I booked an appointment with her right away! My husband and I are SOO happy with how our doodle’s first cut turned out, and plus, he smelled SOO good ? Whitney did an amazing job grooming our highly energetic pup! Thank you for the cute dog bandana and bag of treats! We’ll be back again!! ?

I've never left any bad reviews about a grooming salon before but I have to this time because this is the worst experience I have ever had. I should have considered all the bad reviews i have read about this shop. So, about 2 weeks ago I walked into this shop to check and see about trying a different salon where hopefully my dog wouldn't be shaking too much on grooming time. I was quoted $90.00 for grooming, nail cutting and filing, and brushing his teeth. Before my husband drop off my dog I spoke to someone at the salon and mentioned that my dog is a little matted so it's ok to go short on the hair but please leave the eyelashes long and don't touch the tail. My dog was ready after 2 hours....before my husband was able to see my dog he was charged extra $10 because they said my dog was matted ..my dog was shaved...they didn't do anything to detangle the mats. They charged extra $10 because my dog was trying to bite....my dog is 6 years old and I never had this complain from any groomer ever before. Yes... long eyelashes gone and his tail.....well, I posted some pictures . They ended up charging us $135 for the worst most upsetting grooming job we've ever had for our dog. I feel like they hated my dog. Even the shaving job is so bad! Please don't make the same mistake I did! Stay away from this place! When my dog got home I was so upset I kept trying to call the shop to ask why my dog ended up looking like the way he did...it took at least 30 times in a matter of 20 minutes before someone picked up the phone but the person who picked up said she's not from the shop and would have someone call me. I spoke with one of the owner...she said she'll reimburse for all the extra charges. We'll see.

This was the first time we brought our dog in since COVID. Our previous experience was positive but this time the quality of products used were below par. My dogs coat was dry, his white fur was dingy and overall was not blown out and fluffy like usual. The staff was very friendly and the groomer did a great job on his face. However I will be exploring other options to see if I can find a better fit or bring my own products!

Please stay away from this place for your dog's safety and health! I took my dog for grooming for the last 2 years. I was very happy with the grooming services that they provided. But since then, they had quite a few turnovers and my recent experience left a very bad taste and honestly quite alarming. I took my dog there for a regular grooming. My dog was very happy to meet the groomer. Within an hour of leaving, I got 5 phone calls that the groomer is unable to handle the dog to the point that the groomer did not even finish the grooming. She just groomed the body and left the head. She also mentioned that the dog tried to jump of the table and she had to use towels to calm the dog down. It was weird since I have never heard any sort of such problems with my dog before. My dog is being getting groomed for last 2 years and never had any complaints. When I go there to pick up my dog, my dog was cowering in the corner and visibly shaken and terrified. 2 days later, we had to take my dog to the vet because both eyes were red. The vet confirmed that the dog suffered retinal haemorrhage when the dog jumped off the table and he was noosed. Thank god my dog did not die from this ordeal and recovered within 2 weeks. The new groomers do not know what they are doing and this place is not worth risking your dog's life. I tried to speak to the owner about this experience so that I can share my experience about the groomer. Kyle Smith (the owner) was too sick to talk on phone and instead wanted me to email her. Clearly she did not want to talk. I am writing this so that another dog does not suffer in the hands of incompetent groomers.

Amazing groom service! ? Excellent customer service and professionalism! My dog is a very nervous guy and they were very compassionate towards him. I haven't been able to see his eyes for a long time, even though i have taken him to different groomers in the past but none of them were able to trim his hair around his eyes because my dog wouldn't let himself. This place was able to get the job done! My dog can finally see! ? I left satisfied with his hair cut! I plan to be back. Great place. Highly recommend ?
