I have an older Sprinter that needed driver door adjustment, slider door fix, and a general service. Mike did a terrific job with it while keeping my informed all through the process. He has a very deep knowledge of Mercedes, and is just one of those mechanics who knows 'the right way' to do a given job on a given Mercedes vehicle. A person only gets that by consistently working hard to do a good job today, and get a little better today. Mike is one of those folks, and he's been doing this for decades.
