This is legitimately the first google review I have ever written but I felt compelled to based on how terrible the service was here. As many others on here have stated, the lady working behind the counter is insanely rude and seems to be trying to run a failing business. Do not recommend.

So I go in and speak to the older blonde haired lady and she tested one of my bracelets and since I’ve been home I’ve spent two hours trying to polish out the mess she made on the side close to the hinge, I know she was trying to test it and you can be left with a tiny scratch or mark, but this was ridiculous what she did and I read your reviews the other day and still decided to give you guys a chance, I will never go there again and thanks for calling my stuff weird. Geez ? The pictures are actually after I polished like a mad lady. Give me her job, I bet I'm more knowledgeable.

I normally don't go to pawnshop anymore besides FFL transfer thru Tigard Pawn. These people might fall short in some areas but what I see is they are trying to do their best in in tough times to help people that in need of quick cash. I have nothing against buying low and sell high because that is how business revolves. It is up to you if you want to pursue. Other than this, I see them very attentive and they will serve you in the best that can even at times they are short handed. I will definitely always go back here because I don't see any dishonesty at all. These people are highly recommended by Northwest Firearm and other Portland groups.

Great FFL Experience. I just used Tigard Pawn for the first time as an FFL receiver, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Very friendly on the phone when I called beforehand, then they called me immediately when my firearm arrived. Today when I went to pick my item up, I was probably there 15min total. You fill out the background check with pen & paper, and then one of their staff inputs it into the computer for you. Super Easy, great FFL pricing, and friendly service!

I gotta give these guys a solid 5 stars! I am local to the area and tend to window shop from time to time! They are always patient and answers all my questions. I recently bought a gun from them as well and they gave me a great deal! Thanks for all of the help ! I will be popping back in soon!

It seems that all of the one-star reviews of this business pertain to one individual. This one is no different. I agree with the others that she is rude, condescending, and very petty. Though her attitude cost me considerable time and money, I remind myself that people who treat others poorly are typically pretty miserable. I sincerely hope she finds some peace. Until then, I recommend avoiding this business.
