We've been lifelong Lego fans, but showing up early, being 5th in line before they open just to hear they gave tickets away to buy Barad-dûr has been a very poor experience for my son who saved up to buy this set on the promotional release week. We showed up when they opened on the release day and they advised calling the next day (were told they had sets which were all spoken for). They advised calling back Wednesday. Instead we just showed up early before they opened and found out too late about a ticket system which was never previously mentioned. This experience is enough to boycott them all together. Pretty lame Lego.

Great place, friendly staff I wish they sold more monkie kid sets I love the series along with ninjago and I would like the monkie kid sets :(

Helpful store with a great pick a brick wall. They really keep the wall stocked at all times. Store was busy on a Thursday afternoon so not everything was in stock. But they still checked in back for what I was looking for. Staff was very nice. Would recommend shopping here.

I want the plastic bags back on the minifig series. I understand it’s a risk regardless but it’s just so scummy. I completely waste my money on figs I don’t want. I don’t engage in gambling but I won’t deny that this is pretty much gambling. I’d pay 2 bucks extra to know which figs I’m getting too.

The workers are always awesome. The only downside is some of the customers, they get mad that they have to wait a measly five minutes to get in. It's a small space, of course they're not going to let fifty people in at once.
