So much more than a gym. Just show up and you’ll see why! The programming and coaches are excellent, and the coaches genuinely care about everyone who walks through the door. The community of members is incredible- I’ve made some amazing friends at The House. Starting a new gym can be intimidating, but this is the most welcoming place ever and every workout can be tailored to any fitness level with zero judgement or competition. I’ve lost inches, and gained a community of incredible people - your body will thank you :)

I found this gym by luck 2 years ago and was scared to try it because I have never lifted weights before. I have been guided every step of the way. The trainers are incredible and welcoming and so encouraging, no matter where you are in fitness level. Worth every penny.

LOVE The House. Hands down the best programming and instructors around. The community is very special and super welcoming. I originally signed up hoping to get back in shape after two kids, and it's so much better than I could have imagined: I've lost inches and gained a whole new appreciation for fitness and community. I've been going consistently for well over a year and it just keeps getting better. The focus on injury prevention and functional fitness for everyone is so good- you won't regret coming in!

I find that I work best in a group fitness environment. If left to do my own thing, I will wander off after something shiny. Speaking of, If you have ADHD too, keep reading. But historically, I haven't felt like I got the best coaching or attention in a group setting until I started at The House. The Coaches will mentor you, they will see you, they will guide you, and they will tell you if you are doing something that puts your body at risk of injury. AND if the Coaches weren't welcoming and helpful enough, the client community is spectacular. I haven't gone to a single class where someone hasnt introduced themselves to me. Lastly, and back to ADHD, I have notoriously hurled myself into an all-in, balls to the wall, fitness routine, and quickly burnt out more times than I can count but the way the membership packages and cancelation policies work make it so easy for me to stay on track, keep going at a steady speed, get rid of the guilt of pacing myself and stay consistent. Get in there, get your mind and body right, and get it off the floor!

Very welcoming gym. The trainers are attentive and the members are friendly. Plenty of open space to work. The workout is not strict and gives athletes flexibility to modify their workout. Great workouts if you like a variety of moves that focus on strength.

I've had such a positive experience with Antje at this gym. She's so knowledgeable and kind. She's help me grow my confidence a lot since recovering from injuries and has helped me get stronger and mentally tougher while doing it. I've trained with dozens of people over the years and Antje is among the very best.

I joined The House a couple of years ago. Me, a middle-aged guy with little fitness experience and frankly not a lot of strength! The House staff and trainers are patient and always very informative. They don't "play favorites" with the long time members. They are genuinely warm and welcoming to EVERYONE. This is the main reason I love going to The House. It doesn't feel like a chore. It feels like a welcoming extension of my already busy life.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The sense of community and love that radiates throughout this place is unreal! The coaches all know you by name and greet you with a smile when you show up for class. They encourage, teach and motivate you to push yourself. They help you through your weaknesses and highlight your strengths. I’ve never felt that the coaches are there to clock in/clock out to collect a paycheck, it always feels like they are there because they really want to be. The atmosphere is so positive and the people who go to this gym are so incredibly friendly. I came in as a mom of 2 who knew nothing about lifting weights and felt so insecure in my own skin. After a few months at this gym I am now much more confident in & out of the gym. I encourage everyone to try a class from the house, you won’t regret it!

So happy to have found this place! It’s about 30 min from my house but as a working mom of 2 finding this time for myself has been amazing. Highly recommend. Everyone’s helpful, even for the uncoordinated like myself.

I've had a couple personal training sessions with Hayley and she is wonderful to work with! I'm about 100 pounds overweight and Hayley knows how to push me, without pushing me too far. She is also super encouraging, which is also nice...especially for someone like me who isn't used to working out. The gym itself has tons of equipment, is kept very clean and everyone is super encouraging. I'm always self conscious because of my weight, but I don't worry about being judged at The House. I would definitely recommend The House to anyone looking for a great workout!
