Very nice room, clean pool and hot tub, delicious breakfast ?
Rooms: Rooms have a sofa, coffee maker, and a fridge. We needed late checkout, and they accommodated free of charge
Food & drinks: No food or drinks in rooms but there is an area next to reception that sells many items including wine and beer.
Noteworthy details: Laundry room services on 3 and 4 floors were wonderful! Low cost of $1 in quarters. Didn't need more than 1 cycle to wash or dry.

As soon as we walked in we knew this place was amazing. The staff immediately responded to our every need! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were so pretty! We immediately got in the pool and loved it! There was so many things to do! We ate breakfast and saw that whenever someone asked for a refill, the staff were already there with the item/drink needed to be refilled! The suite was beautiful and so lovely, it was such an amazing experience and I know that we will be back for more!

Nice hotel with large rooms and great service. Excellent breakfast space and great parking. Only complaint I can make is that they still use older style keycards and they break constantly. I've had to have mine redone twice in 2 days. Don't put them anywhere near your phone.

I got the opportunity to stay here with my company last week. The room was really clean, not even a random hair strand in the corner! The entire staff were so responsive and kind to all of us! I happened to have lost my diamond bracelet in my room. When I called and told them it was lost they said they would make note of it and call me back the next day if they found it. They promptly called me the next morning with the amazing news that Gilda the housekeeper had found it. I was so happy. Thank you all for making my stay incredible. Even for a work event! I appreciate you all very much. It's hard to find customer service like this anymore. You are all setting my bar high once again.
Safety: They lock the lobby front doors at night, so you must have a key to enter after hours.
Walkability: I was able to walk to the shopping center near by.

The Grand Hotel was a wonderful stay, with breakfast to boot. Immediately upon check in, the front staff were warm and welcoming. The lobby is clean and nicely appointed. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi that we opted not to use, because there were just too many kids, but it was ok. It was Father's Day.
The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. The beds were soft for my liking, but not uncomfortable. I just like a firmer mattress. The bathroom was large with a nice sized tub and separate shower. Taking a nice warm bath was relaxing!
Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast buffet. Fresh fruit, pastries, cereal selection, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, English muffins, oatmeal...and more! They did a good job keeping it stocked, even up to closing time for the late stragglers.
I would whole heartedly recommend The Grand Hotel. It's located in a nice area with plenty of shopping and things to do. An excellent stay, for sure.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping options!
Food & drinks: Decent breakfast buffet. Lots of choices!
Noteworthy details: The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The first thing I noticed as I entered the beautiful lobby was how quiet and clean it was! The staff was immediately responsive with a warm welcome. Our room was cool and spacious and very quiet despite being on the first floor. I enjoyed the pool early in the morning and then we ate breakfast in a large banquet room. The food was delicious and ranged from fruit and cereal to eggs and sausage, waffles and pastries. All of this was included in the initial room fee!
Parking was excellent and safe in the large parking garage and the entire property was very quiet given that it was near to a freeway.
Loved how close it was to Grocery and the large outdoor mall, Bridgeport Village, which had many restaurants to choose from.
We will definitely be staying again as it was perfect for the whole family.
Rooms: Thick walls, therefore very quiet. Spacious and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Bridgeport Mall, Whole Foods, easy access to I-5 and 217
Safety: Felt very safe. Multi-level car park and small open air lots.

The room was a bit dated, but the bathroom was large with a separate tub and shower. The room was well furnished with a tv, desk, fridge, and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. I used the gym. The treadmill was a bit old and loud. The location is nice and right next to a whole foods. The shopping center nearby is high end and the food there wasn't that great. I was told the park nearby had some good walking trails but I didn't have time to adventure out.
Walkability: Very walkable to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping.

I thought I had finally found a new place to stay when I come into town. I was awoken this morning to the maid coming into my room and she didn’t even knock first. Everything proceeded to go downhill after this. I had booked two more nights through Hotel Tonight Last night, Thinking I could just stay in the room and stay where I’m at, but when I called this morning, she was very short with me and said they only had queen beds available and that I was going to have to move. I told her I had stuff going on and I wasn’t going to be able to move my room after check time and she still denied me and then realized that I said that I had booked two more nights. I had said that before, but I’m not sure why she finally at the time but still she told me the same thing and that I would have to move. I have a lot of stuff, so this is a major inconvenience for me. I don’t really like how my morning unraveled and it has left a sour taste in my mouth about this place now. I thought I would be staying here every time I visit and now I’m upset.
