Hire better people or give them better training to deal with customer. The front desk staff have no people skills. I will not buy another a Tesla because of this service station.

I personally had a great experience with the whole tesla process from purchasing it online to pick up in-store, everyone was friendly and happy to help, the ONLY down fall was the car was a little dirty and quite dusty in the interior, I have purchased several new cars and I have never received a dirty car they are always spotless, not sure why Tesla doesn't do the same. I wont ding them a star because I just went home and detailed it myself but I'm just making other review readers aware that their car may not be new looking right away, and in hopes that the company makes a change, as it seems like its been an issue. Other than that I LOVE my Model Y, with black paint, black wheels and black interior!! SO SLEEK.

They need to improve on their hospitality and have some chairs while signing documents. Other than that, it was clean (need to hire someone for interior, but it’s ok, reduces expenses and cost). Not very intuitive where to go once you enter the huge parking lot :)

This is my first Tesla and I have a really bad experience.My car got alarm trunk open since the first day I got the car.Make appointment for the mobile service, 2 weeks later Technician came to my house, he replaced the trunk latch and left but didn't fix the issues.I had to make another appointment, Tesla cancelled my appointment twice, one for mobile service, and second one due to no part for replacement.I had to keep changing my work schedule for the appointments.Dropped off my car at service center on Monday, on Thursday at noon I got a call said my car got fixed and ready to pick up. After work I went straight to service center and found out that the car still have the same issues.I let the service help desk know that the car still have same issues.They sent me back home and said will have technician look at it again.I went home and 30 minutes later I got a call from service center again said they found the problem, it was the mat that cause the issues. They told me they removed the mat and no more issues..I said are you sure? I just placed the mat recently and the issues happened before I placed the mat. They said yes for sure it already got fixed.I drove from home to service center again on the same day just to find out that my car still have the same issues.Too bad when I arrived at service center they already closed, it was 5pm so I went back home and left my car in the parking at service center.FYI: the car beeping when driving for trunk open but trunk is closed.Will call them tomorrow

I am a new Tesla owner and this was my first experience working with the service department for a repair and service. And it was the best dealership experience I have ever had. The work to my car was done ahead of schedule and within the price I was quoted. They didn't try and upsell me anything and the guy I worked with gave me some great education on maintenance and taking care of my model X. I live a few hours away and it was totally worth the drive.

Here for service. People here are friendly and professional. The lounge is very pleasant and suitable for work while waiting. A super positive experience.

We had a horrible customer support experience at this location. I stopped by Saturday 4/6/2024 around noon time to take a look at the cyber truck. We signed up and got in line with only 1 person ahead of us. We wait about 20 minutes before our turn. It is normal to wait and I am ok with the wait. The representative took less 4 minutes with us and he barely even talk to us, meanwhile he present the car to the person ahead of me (Caucasian) very fluently and loudly. When it became our turn, he barely even present anything but show signs of not wanting to talk anymore. Moreover, He was not very nice and talked to us as if he looks down on us. At the end of 4 minutes, he opened the line and ask us to step out. I was very surprised how fast he kicked us out of the area and there are no people waiting behind us. We were very polite, and we dressed up very well since we just left an event. I don't think he treated us like that because of how we dresses, IT IS because we are ASIAN. However, this type of customer support is very low class and should not be existed at Tesla. I bought 2 cars from Tesla: one long range MX and plaid MX. Tesla is the car I like but I hope they trained their employees a little better. I am very disappointed with this visit and I look forward some improvements with Tesla support service.

The car is great, no complaints there. Here is the reason for the 1 star. I have been thinking about purchasing a Tesla for over 2 years. Finally pulled the trigger. I asked so many questions some I’m sure multiple times. I spoke with multiple people over the years, here’s my issue when I came in to pull the trigger I asked is there any reason I shouldn’t lease my vehicle over purchasing. The sales team from here said no. No difference. Well apparently you don’t get the $7,500 tax credit when you lease! $7,500 is a lot of money and this was going to help me get caught up in a lot of misfortunes in life! Talked to the sales team in Vancouver and they said “well you should’ve done more research.” Don’t buy a Tesla if you want customer service or help
