Love to waste your time. Have an appointment for service and when I get there they don't have the parts.

Tesla as a company seems extremely disorganized. Lots of misleading or flat out wrong numbers on the site, in the app, etc. Generic Tesla support reps seem to have little understanding of what’s going on, and advice you get will vary greatly based on who you happen to talk to.
Dan from Tesla Tigard, however, recognizes inaccurate information and keeps it real. Very accommodating when I had some issues with my order as well. No surprises.
If you need a Tesla, ask for Dan. Dan is the man.
P.S: Don’t forget to use a referral code via a friend or some random guy online, it’s free money and they won’t ask ya for one if you go in person

Came in about a year ago to have the undercarriage plastic replaced and asked to have the air filters replaced with HEPA filters. The price for service was high but I dished out the cash. After driving several months it was apparent that it would not filter out smoke, exhaust, or other noxious smells to the point I doubt they changed the filters. I contacted them about this but they refused to share their service notes and asked me to bring the car in and pay them more money. Combine this experience with other Tesla Customer Service experiences and I think I not be buying another Tesla product again.

Tesla has had my car on and off for MONTHS.. I believe we are actually up to 6 months over the last year they have had it. we finally get it back after the last thing that they missed, only to have an additional rubbing noise that didn't exist before. No Quality Control here and its been a HUGE waste of my time and money.
And now, a year later, because they turn a blind eye and won’t do their due diligence, the problem is “no longer under warranty.”

Our experience with salesperson is not great. The old salesperson is not accommodating and give poor service. Provided us misleading information. Lesson learned, dont be a victim of false information. In their web portal, you have theoption of O%, 1.99% and 3.99%, with a certain months to pay. After all the loan process, car loan rate is 9.67%. We already made a $250 for pre order because the salesman said the loan was already pre-approved. I opted a 1.99% for 48 months, but it didn't materialize, JP Morgan offered 9.67%, which is so so high rate. Misleading info

We owned a tesla since 2018. We had a small damage to the rear panel from a gate. Thought it would be a $500-$800. Even $1500. No $13,000 and it took 2 years to get into a repair shop that was “authorized” to work on it. Look up the hassle everyone is having Uhg sold it immediately and bought an Ionic 5. Love it. Be careful with a Tesla.

Spoke to Larson the service advisor and had a bunch of questions about my car. He was very helpful and took the time to explain things. This is what excellent customer service looks like!

Lots of friendly salespeople. Many of them drive Teslas and can answer any questions you have. Helpful and knowledgeable service center employees. I've been in for service twice. First time they gave me Uber credit for transportation, second time they gave me a Model 3 loaner. They do a great job!

It was always a nightmare here. Got charged under warranty but they made it worse. Brought the car back and they tried to charge for the same issue they had never fixed. Worst customer service. Will never buy a Tesla again.

Upon leasing my Tesla, the Tigard Tesla Oregon dealership released an uninsured vehicle to me and haven't processed my registration. They gave me a quote for Tesla insurance and then input a fake policy account so that they could release the vehicle into my possession. Upon being hit by another vehicle a month later, I discovered I wasn't covered by Tesla insurance and that the dealership had falsified the policy number and not even registered it.
I was cited $300 for not having proof of insurance and Tesla has refused to take accountability or cover damages.
