I had a bullseye chip in my windshield and with the blizzard forecasted for the next day I had to get it fixed fast. I called toward the end of the day thinking it wasn't going to happen, but Amber and her tech had the chip filled and I was on my way within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Speedy Glass Tigard!

I'm always so pleased with the work done at Novus Speedy Glass. As a classic car dealer, I trusted them with many 30+ y/o cars. They understand, appreciate and treat classic cars like not many other similar businesses do. Last in date: a 1968 Mustang. It is not easy to remove and reinstall the chrome trim covering the windshield gasket. They make it sound easy. Impeccable work, and very friendly people! Can't wait for my next scratched, chipped, cracked windshield...

Everyone was super nice. I was able to make a next day appointment and they even handled all of the insurance stuff. Can not recomend them enough!

I had my vent glass replaced with my own part so I chose them for the labor portion of it. The positive from what it was that they were speedy like their namesake. My gripe is that they didn't return my belongings to the original position after replacing the part and finishing. My belongings were just a little bit in disarray and also they could have probably gone the extra mile and done like a little bit of a vacuum just as a courtesy. Per that, there was more than enough time in the job as I was told it would be a one hour service but ended up less than that, about 25 minutes. I will probably not choose to go there again from the fact that they could improve their customer service skills.

I will never go here again. They did not put my windshield wipers back on correctly and they stopped working in heavy rain on the freeway. It was extremely dangerous.
