Soma is always a good brand which is why I bought something. The people working are more interested in themselves than customers and didn’t even speak to me until “the card reader is ready”. Could have used some help honestly but they needed to discuss how to make chicken or something stupid.

Spent two hours trying on bras today with a representative’s help, endless patience and kindness. Left with two bras that fit perfectly and will definitely be returning, wish I had caught her name. Thank you! (I found her name it was Jaili, thank you!)

UPDATE: Have tried multiple occasions to contact the owner and can never get through to someone. I even tried emailing them, but their mailbox is full. If I could give zero stars, I would.
As a newly postpartum first time mom, I haven’t been feeling quite like myself in my skin. My mom came from out of state and took me here to get some good fitting bras and underwear to make me feel a little better. When we got to Soma, we were met by a grouchy employee who introduced herself as Saturn. She was very judgmental and rude during my fitting. Then to top it off, my mom asked her if she could grab a couple of specific things she saw online in the back, and Saturn outright said no. She said she was going to bring something else out, that I had absolutely no interest in. She was cold, rude and again, judgmental. I left the store feeling even more insecure, and never wanting to return.
Oh yeah… she also charged my mom for a couple bras that she didn’t even buy!

After walking through the intimates section at Macy's and ending up in tears....bra shopping gives me high anxiety. My husband walked me to Somas... what a blessing!!! We were greeted right away and I shared my issue they got to work helping me, got me laughing, no pressure. I was fitted and assisted with my bra search! Bought 4! So helpful, encouraging and positive! I will be back! Thank you ladies, I left with happy tears and a great hug!

Today I went to Soma excited to treat myself but sadly I had a bad experience. I walked in the store was quiet with only the two workers. One of the ladies looked at me and just continue on sorting out her rack not acknowledging my presence, or even asking if I needed any help even though we were just opposite of each other. I decided to leave shortly after 5 minutes because they made me feel uncomfortable. On my way out the lady who looked at me as I walked into the store now acknowledged me because I’m leaving saying (have a nice day). As I was on my way to Macy’s I decided to go back and talk to her politely on what I saw and feel. I came in behind a customer who was greeted cheerfully from the same store attendant that treated me like I was an ant. Right away she asked if the customer needed any help which the customer said yes she’d like her assistance. My point here is that it’s hurtful to experience races, and that’s what happened to me today. I don’t need sympathy but I believe I have the right to speak up for being mistreated.

My wife, and I come into this store to buy multiple sets of items. We stand right in front of one of the workers for a few minutes looking at their garments. The woman stands there sorting out clothes on a rack, and doesn't acknowledge us in any way.After 3 or 4 minutes we leave, and my wife decides to go back to say something. We notice the same woman jump at the chance to greet a different customer, and offer her help. We talk to the manager, and it's obvious that she doesn't care, and will do nothing to confront her subordinate.We went to Macy's and spent $300 on their products. Customer service is king in today's society where I can get the same products elsewhere for a better price.Something to also note is that my wife is brown skinned, and the woman who was being helped was Caucasian. Even as a white man I could see racist tendencies when we were completely ignored while others aren't. They can deny these thoughts, but the actions of the women here speak much louder than words.Thanks to the women at this store I'll make sure we never spend another penny here. If you hate your job, or hate people than retail is not the place for you. I'm not sure, but she may just be bitter because she's older, and still not in a respectable management position. I feel pity for women like the ones who work here. Save yourself time and effort. Get better lingerie from another store in the mall.

Had a wonderful experience! I wish I got their names, but both the staff I worked with were so kind and helpful, they really listened to my needs/wants and helped me with a proper fitting. I left very happy with exactly the items I needed. This will definitely be the only store I shop at for undergarments in the future.

First time going here, and it was a great experience. Donna was so kind and attentive. She helped me find the correct sizes and never made me feel rushed. I ended up purchasing more than I had planned. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I made an appointment for bra fitting, and the salesperson was absolutely fabulous. She listened to my concerns, brought a ton of different bras she thought were fitting my wishes, and made me feel really welcome. My best experience in 60 years of bra-buying!
