The store is permanently closed but corporate hasn't updated Google OR their phones.I loved SS but am not thrilled that I drive across town to a closed store, not with the total ATTITUDE that I was met with when I went to put a note on the door to please change the voicemail to indicate that the store is CLOSED.Crappy way to end a relationship developed over years.

Sadly the soft surroundings brick and mortar stores are closing and only the online will be available soon. My wife will miss them.

Store is kept very clean and organized. There is a lot of variety of items but its mainly targeted at older women with chunky necklaces, shawls, wraps and tunics. I've been able to find some pretty embroided tunic tops for my mom here and some beautiful maxi dresses along with caftans for fun warm vacay vibes. Although I've had better luck with their online shop since there is more variety for things out of season and on sale. The clerks here are also super helpful and gave me a tip to ship to the store so you can save the $10 shipping fee they charge. Overall, the quality on the items has been amazing and I have loved the pieces I have gotten. The sizing can be a little off depending on the items but I live a short distance from this location so can easily return items.

People are okay-discount policies vary by employee (frustrating!!!), however the parking situation is ABOMINABLE! I won’t come back as I always have such problems finding a parking spot

Although the he wearable robe and slippers I purchased for my daughter in law Christmas '20 I would give 5 stars. It was as advertised, beautiful, soft and cozy. Definitely worth the $115Last year I purchased 5 different varieties of sweaters from open long cardigans to pullovers. They we're beautiful and soft right out of package.But then! Within an hour of wearing they start pilling and look HORRIBLE! To the point of embarrassment, I have been SO Disappointed. I was hoping for snuggly sweaters not disposable fashion, if I wanted that I could go to The Ross.These sweaters are not cheap, steer clear, you wouldn't believe the photos! Wish I could post them here.

Par for the course in today's retail climate. Drove an hour to return some online purchases and do some shopping. Clerk was unfriendly, started lecturing about the virtues of in-store shopping.When I was checking a tag on a blouse on a mannequin to see what the fabric was, she came over and asked "if I could be assisted." I told her I was checking the tag to find out what the blouse was made of and she said "inquiring minds want to know."When she finished processing my returns, she said it was credited to what looked like "some sort of PayPal situation" and then I got more lecturing about shopping in store. Later I was interrupted while looking at a blouse so she could tell me the blouse was pretty. When I said I liked the way it was constructed, she asked if I was in design.This is why I do all my shopping online.

I went here specifically for a gift card as a gift for a woman that I work with. This is her absolute favorite store to buy clothes at, so for her birthday I wanted to get her something she would love and use.
