Mark and Barbara were a great team balancing a few customers at once. It was our second time in the store and we bought a bed and adjustable base, very much looking forward to having it delivered and set up. The technology is pretty impressive, especially the feedback with the app.

Highly recommend! Great customer service! After shopping 3 mattress stores, we came to sleep number and Deborah helped us pick out our new mattress.So much easier than the other places we went. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, helpful, not pushy. We got lucky and hit a sale day!Thanks so much Deborah for going above and beyond to help us!

Bought a bed about a month ago. Beware: when they talk about a "trial," the trial doesn't include the frame. So, if (as was our case) the frame is the thing you are "trying," surprise!! You bought it, you keep it!They will not volunteer this information when you buy the bed, so be very careful to read the reams of lawyereese you sign before purchasing.

Friendly reminder: You are buying a literal air mattress for several grand. It’s a foam topper with air mattresses stuffed in each side. Embarrassing. Instead of handing them your money, buy a better bed for an eighth of the price elsewhere and give me the rest of your money. This company deserves nothing.

Roxana assisted us with product selection and purchase details very ably. We did have a few issues with the iPhone application and existing online account. In particular, it referenced an old Sleep Number bed (which I no longer have) and was shared with my ex-wife, who now presumably has access to the new bed to be delivered shortly. There doesn't appear to be any mechanisms to remove these old bits from the account either in the app or online. It's hardly Roxana's fault, but rather an issue of poor software design.

I was able to text them ahead of time to ensure the model I wanted to see was on the floor and they responded very quickly. When I got there, the representative was very gracious and efficient. She didn’t pressure us to look at anything we weren’t interested in, she promptly answered questions and completed the paperwork. It was the most efficient and positive experiences I’ve ever had when making a large purchase.

My experience with Sleep Number Corp. at its Tigard, OR store wasan enriching one. I had an excellent salespersonk, Deborah Moran,who asked the right questions and guided me, step by step, to themodel I-8 that I purchased. Roxana was polite, easygoing, answered our questions, and showed us all their options. We got lucky that no one else was in there at the time we went, so she could give us her undivided attention. Place was clean, well organized, not crowded with stuff etc. The beds are NOT cheap (about the same as a decent, but older used car) - but if you've reached a point where you want or need to consider getting one, this is a good place to go.

Excellent customer service. Went in to buy new sheets. They didn't have the color I was looking for. My sales associate ordered them and they will be delivered to my home. So easy!!
