Excellent customer service. The manager, Leslie was incredibly helpful when trying to find another size for a very popular shoe. Leslie was able to find the shoe and have it shipped to our home, and took back the other size, even though I didn't have the receipt anymore. I will be back again, as this level of customer service is hard to find in today's climate. Thank you so much!

Salesperson named Shane was attentive, knowledgeable, and patiently helped me discover the right sizing. Shoe Mill carries global brands, many of which I was unfamiliar with so I left with something fresh and fun. I plan on returning for another pair next time I shop at Bridgeport. The place is super tidy and have a good selection of smart wool socks too.

I have a titanium ankle in my right foot. This is my 3rd pair of Hoka that I have purchased here. Every time, they have been very helpful. This round, Amanda helped. Professional and attentive to my current needs. I recommend not only these shoes. But also the staff 2 big thumbs-up!!

Two customers in the store and two associates working, neither had the ability to juggle a customer. We finally sat down to wait, sample shoes in hand. No one ever acknowledged us in any way, and eventually we left.

The manager of this store Jon was incredibly knowledgeable and kind when he helped me find orthotics to provide me better support while working. I will definitely be revisiting soon and will recommend my coworkers work with him as well! His commitment to helping others is very apparent.

They carry a lot of supportive shoes which I need so I really appreciate this store! Birkenstock, Dansko, Piccolino, taos, Algeria, Haflinger and even OkaKai thongs And water shoes. Lots of boots, sandals, slippers - they have it all. Customer service is great, they will order if they don't have your size in stock. Make sure to check out the final sale rack, good buys if you are lucky to find your ai pre and style.

Went looking for affordable shoes, closed the site disappointed, as the prices are anywhere between 100$ to 150$, which is anything but affordable in the currently decimated economy.
