I was surprised to find a Shell with the cheapest gas. And their gas prices are the same regardless of payment. Will return!

I asked for hand towels after I bad 50.00 in gas. The gas clerk. Cut off 2 pieces of paper and handed them to me. I asked for more he said no. Guys name Vicente. I've been a customer for years. I will definitely not return to this shell poor service.

Came to get gas around 10 pm, all the lights were on but pumps were off.

Quality of service depends on who is working that day. Seem to have trouble with FM points. Didn't put my gas cap on last time.

Serious price gouging! 42 cent jump from regular and no advertising anywhere! Across the street there was only a 10 cent jump

Came in at 11:10, all the lights were on in the building and two employees stood inside and looked at me but didn’t move. Figured I’d get the card going to make it quicker and when no one came out I tried to start it myself and although the pump was on and the lights inside were on the pump wasn’t working. A minute later the lights inside shut off and when I tried to ask if they were closed or if the pumps broken they wouldn’t acknowledge me standing outside, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this shell, it’ll be the last since they don’t want to help. I may have came after they closed but there isn’t a sign saying that they’re closed and all the lights were on, they could of at least just told me that the pumps are shut off because they’re closing and I would of gladly said okay and walked away

Very upset. Will never get gas here again. Was walking my dog last night and as we were passing we were attacked by an employee's dog that was off leash. No one was hurt, and my dog is okay, but this was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The 'older guy' there is very nice and polite and covid free and did not deserve the most recent review. Good place.

Covid cases are sky-rocketing and an older guy wearing a red beanie is pumping gas, wearing his mask around his chin, practically sticks his head in my car to explain something. I'll stay away from this Shell station until Covid is under control.

Came here a few times as I live close. Seen employees harass people over bumper stickers, the older guy who never wears a mask left my pump running 20 dollars over what I asked once. Staff is rude, as I said one of the guys doesn’t wear a mask and gets pretty in your face at times to speak. Just go to the chevron down the road.
