I bought my wedding ring here 7 months ago and the staff was very nice, so when I needed to get my fiancé’s wedding and engagement rings resized, I figured I’d go back to Shane Co. I got my fiancé's wedding ring and engagement ring at a wholesale market out of state and couldn’t go to them to resize her rings. As soon as my fiancé and I walked into the room, a salesperson who I won’t name (at this time) approached us. He asked what we needed and we told him we wanted my fiancé’s rings resized. When I presented my fiancé’s rings to the salesperson, he started to ask me lots of questions such as where I got them, what the material was, how long I had them, and other questions. At first, I didn’t think anything of it until he mentioned he didn’t see a maker’s mark and wondered where they might be from. Then the salesperson kept looking at both my fiancé and I like we might have stolen them. He then preceded to tell me that taking my fiancé’s rings from the current size 6.5 to size 5 might be difficult/impossible and he would check with his goldsmith. After a few minutes the salesperson came back and said that they (Shane Co) would pass on doing the work and didn’t say why. Both my fiancé and I felt like we were discriminated against because of our young age and believe that this salesperson didn’t want to help us because he thought we had stolen the rings. If he had bothered to ask, I have all the paperwork and could have shown it to him. We have taken the rings to ABC jewelers who took on the project no problem and treated us with kindness and respect. If you don’t want to be profiled don’t come here.

Sean was so nice to work with. I had an unusual circumstance and he was very caring and helped me figure out the best options for what I needed. No pressure and so kind. I look forward to working with him in the future. And he took such good care of my mom also. She is very particular with her wedding ring and she trusted him with it no problem.

I came to look for a starter necklace for my teenager. Something he can learn to take care of while still being real. Kathy was very kind and helpful. She was knowledgeable and we kept it to just a few hundred which was great! I will definitely be back yearly to upgrade his jewelry. I look forward to also spoiling myself really soon and hopefully she can help.

We had been needing to upgrade our rings for a few years and last week we finally did. Our experience with Gloria LaClair was amazing and there are not enough words to express our gratitude. She was able to help find some ring styles for us that we adore. She also was intuitive for beautiful options from a ring I inherited from my great-grandmother. Gloria rocks!

7 years ago, I bought a diamond engagement ring from Shane Co. I called off the wedding 6 months later. I still have the ring today. The reason I am leaving a 1-star review for Shane Co. is because of 2 things: (1) the salesman who sold me the ring put on a high pressure sales pitch, including the line, "a diamond is a great investment - it will never go down in value." (2) Shane Co. proudly brags about their return policy/warranty, claiming (falsely) that they will always take it back and give you store credit for the same amount you paid for it! This is misleading, at best, and a bald faced lie, at worst. This is my warning to all diamond ring shoppers, but especially to those shopping at Shane Co.: Regarding my first complaint, from the second I called off the wedding until today, 7 years later, the ring is worth pennies on the dollar of what I paid for it (trying to resell it privately on the secondhand market, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, etc.). A diamond is a HORRIBLE "investment", as you will never, ever be able to resell it for anywhere near what you paid for it. The salesman at Shane Co. who sold me my diamond engagement ring straight up lied to my face, and I believed him. Don't be as foolish as I was. Regarding my second complaint, be careful to read ALL of the fine print when it comes to Shane Co.'s warranty. They do NOT allow you to exchange your one engagement ring for several different pieces of jewelry. You can only exchange the diamond for a different single item of equal or greater value. So, if you spent $20k on a diamond ring, like I did, you can only exchange it for another single item of at least $20k price, AND you have to pay tax (again) on the new item, so even if you do exchange your ring for a new single item, you still have to pay 10% of the sales price (over $2k in the case of my ring). Additionally, since I didn't want to exchange the ring for one single item, Shane Co. offered to buy back my diamond ring, one that I spent over $20k on, for around $2,500... is that the great investment the salesman sold me on? Whatever you take away from this review, don't walk into a Shane Co. with the belief that they are honest people and actually care about their customers. They simply want to sell you the most expensive thing you can afford. I personally found Shane Co. to be an unethical company. Liars, grifters, peddlers, pretending to care about their customers, but misleading them at every turn.

Been going to Shane Co. for all my jewelry needs because of how awesome their jewelry is and customer service. Today that all changed as I was met with the most unprofessional and lack of customer service by Sean. I'm super disappointed as two hours of my time was wasted here and left with my jewelry needs not met and told to "go online." And he had, "three other guests." What's the point of the waitlist? I had waited 1hr just to be seen and during my appointment time he was no where to be found. I have the intention on returning my jewelry and won't be shopping here again as it's clear to me their jewelry consultants only value you when you look like money.

We really like this place! I bought my wife's replacement wedding ring here and my daughter bought her engagement ring here. A while back, we had to have my wife's ring cut off due to arthritis swelling. We finally brought it back to have it put back together recently. We were not happy with the 1st results but they tried a different way and it looked great! Avery made our visit extraordinary great! . She was friendly, helpful and provided all around great service. Kudos to this place for having wonderful employees. They're all friendly but Avery went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience.

Had an amazing experience here selecting an engagement ring as a first time buyer. Amazing selection and, even while busy on the weekends, Shane Co reps gave us the special care and attention we needed. My sales person, Mia McCarty, was super friendly and helpful in helping me decide which ring fits best. She never pressured me out of my price range and was just overall super great! So satisfied with the Shane Co experience.

We love Shane company. My husband bought an anniversary ring for me here many years ago. We come back several times a year to look at their new sparkly beauties, and enjoy the good service and atmosphere. Every year Shane examines my ring and checks it to make sure everything is in good shape and tight. They give you a new print out with a current appraisal for insurance. This is free. I suggest buying all of your fine jewelry here! or just come in and look around and dream:)
