This was the most unfriendly Sephora I have ever been in, and that's saying something coming from a hustling and bustling city. I was in town visiting family and wanted to take advantage of the black Friday pricing so decided to go to the local Sephora to see if they had stock. Initially was greeted then had to walk around the whole store twice to find what I needed. Nobody came up to me to ask if I needed help.I was looking for a certain shade of foundation and had to look for someone for help. I overhear the same person that greeted me asking another group of shoppers if they needed anything. So I turn around and lock eyes with her saying excuse me. Instead of meeting me halfway, I have to walk all the way over with her with her giving me an exasperated look for having to help me. She seemed disgruntled while I was talking her. The saving grace was the person ringing me up had a cheery and helpful demeanor.

Jade was awesome we needed a last minute product for a wedding and as a guy buying for his girlfriend I was completely lost but then she helped me find the thing I was looking for! excellent service!

I can’t even begin to explain my experience. They kept following my friend and I around and I don’t even know why. Yes, I was holding a big bag, but it was a bag from a different store in the same mall! All I did was put my phone away and I guess they thought I was stealing or something. I used to work at a Sephora so I knew exactly what they were doing. They were following us around and it was very obvious. We didn’t do anything and yet I still decided to buy something to help with the sales goal that day. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen, but the experience was very uncomfortable.

most sephora's are scary and snooty, but not this location. best location i have ever been to. sweetest employees ever!! they're always busy when i come in but they still always make the experience pleasant. one of the only sephora's i will go to as it it the one i feel the most comfortable in. i love how its organized and how it's easy to navigate compared to other stores.

Staff is so nice here, I thought it was gonna be the opposite since it's such a nice place, tbh thought they were going to be snooty since it's a nicer area, sweetest people I've ever met at a sephora, very helpful even though I accidentally came in an hour before closing and kept asking questions, and then there was an issue with my voucher but they fixed the issue. Love this sephora and will be going back to this location even though it's an hour away. Worth the drive.

It's expensive fast food with bread. Service was quick. Sandwich was good. Preferred Chipotle but they have a tiny parking lot that was full. Thus panera

Hispanic girl with long hair would not stop staring at my sister and i. very judgmental followed us around the entire time. i went to pay and she was the cashier, reached in my bag to get my card out and she was staring in to my bag as if i had stolen something. Attitude the whole time.

Such nice staff! Very helpful! They helped me find the right shade and took their time finding it even though the person I was shopping for wasn't there with me. There were products that I wanted that happened to be sold out but they checked the back for me just in case. They were super sweet and friendly! 100/10 , will definitely come back.

My friend and I had both fallen out of the habit of wearing much makeup, but this rainy day we decided we should up our game, so we went into Sephora for some help! We are in our early 60's. We met a really lovely associate named Erika who gave my friend a makeover and also advised me on some products. She was bright and friendly and knowledgeable and respectful, and just a delight to be with. We had a great experience! Thank you, Erika!

Love this Sephora location :-) Great inventory, always helpful, fun staff.Shame there's SO much shoplifting tho.Assoc's often hv to replace testers.I've also found empty boxes several times on the displays to show staff :-(Guess they'll hv to hire more security & increase prices, as many retailers have.Keep up the good work Bridgeport Sephora!
