“Customer service at the Tigard location is always awesome! The manager, Cody Kachelein, is very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every time we come in. And the facility is always very clean and our storage unit always feels very dry. This is extremely important for keeping our beds and wood materials safe from mold or warping.
Highly recommend using this facility!!”

He walked me through every step of the way and gave me a breakdown of all the charges. They also do everything in their power to help you reduce the cost and help you financially. I called many moving companies and looked at many sites and they were the ones that had the best pricing. I most of all appreciated the genuine help and personableness of the people I worked with including Anthony. They are a company that I will come back to when I have to move again.”
“Facility is relatively clean. Staff is friendly. Sharron is awesome! Pricing is reasonable.
Unit on third floor, had some challenges.
Two things:
1) The elevator. Be prepared for a brief exercise in frustration.
Code must be entered to operate. Code expires 15 seconds after you enter it. If the elevator takes too long to stop at the bottom floor, code expires and you have to step out and enter code again. One time someone upstairs requested elevator while I was entering my code, and my elevator full of stuff went up without me. Poor lady came down carrying a heavy box with all my stuff stacked behind her. We both laughed. Code expired again when I stepped in. Got lucky and managed to get code entered again and stepped in before anyone else pressed a button. Elevator is by far what makes moving your stuff in and out take so long.
2) It's really hot on the third floor, probably 20 degrees more than outside. Not kidding. When they say the units are "heated", they mean it. I did two moves, one in April and one in July. Both times we all sweated our nay-nays off.
Overall I haven't had much to complain about. I mean, my stuff is there. It seems relatively safe and secure. The staff seems friendly and caring enough. Place was a pain to get in and out of until I discovered the Wells Fargo driveway out to Hall Blvd.”
“The best part about this location at 15700 SW Pacific Hwy is one of their employees, Thomas. Anytime I've had an issue or question and worked with Thomas he was incredibly responsive, calm, and helpful. Public Storage is lucky to have him working there. Overall this location is good but the constant rate increases are annoying.”
“This may be part of a huge corporation, but the staff gives you the feeling that customer service is very important to them. They answer the phone, if not, leave a message and they'll call you right back. They are super helpful in all aspects of the customer experience. “I've tried other designers for custom guitar straps, but have come up somewhat dissatisfied when receiving their products. The fonts were grainy, the images were pixelated, and the leather that it was printed on was something that felt like it was from The Dollar Tree. I just created some last week with StrapGraphics for a couple Christmas presents and they already arrived. How could this be?! I thought to myself before opening the package that these were made too fast and the quality would be less-than stellar. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!! The colors pop and the outlines are crisp! The leather feels like something John Dutton would wear around his ranch too! Im gonna ordered another for myself with the embossed emblems this next go around. I couldn't be happier with the quality and timeliness of these! Super stoked!”

I am a long time customer but he refused because I lost my temporary tag and therefore didn’t have a license plate.
