Got a flat on my way to work on a 105 degree day. Called around looking for some cost effective tires, which was difficult. But when on the phone with Joe, he was quick and knowledgeable. So I limped my ride in and Joe and his team took care of it quickly. Thank you for the 5 star service.

This is not the place.
If you have to have interlock installed don't go here. They don't know what they are doing and they are always extremely late. I went to the place on shaw st in Beaverton and they showed me how bad save on tires and wheels messed up my wires. Also the place on shaw st said that save on never downloaded my device and that my device had over 200 violations due to the fault of save on. I have an attorney and I will be talking to her about this.

Definitely the best place to buy almost new tires being sold as used. I don't know who used mine before me but they didn't use them very long. I was given an excellent price on two used tires that included the mounting and the balancing. I will never go anywhere else for new or used tires in the Portland metro ever again. Hands down the absolute best freaking tire shop in the area.

My car needed 2 tires and an alignment. The staff was so nice and gave me a better price than a couple of different places. They got me in right away and didn't take long fixing my car. My car now rides smooth and handles so much better! Thank you so much!

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!took my g35 there to get diagnosed. They said everything in the engine is functioning good except for the belt kit which would cost $2400. i only had $1200 so i said i cant do that, what else can i have done. Ended up getting brakes done, rotors resurfaced, catalytic converters welded on and labor money in advance for a headlight installation (important and i will get back to that) after all that was done for $1200 i take my car back home and its fine apart from the blinker now going fast as ever for about 3 days until the engine starts making a fluttering noise and dies on me. i managed to start it back up to get it the rest of the 3 mins home, parked and left the car to not hurt it anymore. i let joe know that my car doesnt run now and he OFFERED to come out to my house in hillsboro to see whats up. after coming to my house he checks the oil and says it needs some. he dumps some in and started it up, he drove it 2 seconds down the parking lot and got out and said "this is completely drivable kid" i told him "idk man it literally died on me like 2 days ago" but he insists on taking it back to his shop. so im like alright. and of course the car dies on him on the way to the shop, so he once again OFFERED to tow it back to his shop. once there he gave it a "free diagnosis" and said the engine has a huge leak, its not holding any oil. my initial thought to that is how the hell didnt you guys notice that when you diagnosed it the first time. but he tells me it needs a new engine and the car is bad. he says he knows a guy who is interested in buying the car for $1000 but i had a feeling the "guy" was just joe and he wanted to fix whatever he had done to the car so he could sell it for more which is a common mechanic scam. so i told him no and now it sits and rots. so now im like okay well can i get the headlight installation money back ($250) since i wont need to put new headlights in the car anymore because it doesnt run. the whole shop staff joes family is arguing with me about not giving me my $250 back saying that "we gave you a deal on ____" therefore we dont need to give your money to you, "we came all the way to your house." "we towed it there for you" "we gave you an amazing deal". it seems that every "deal" they give you is just an excuse as to why they are allowed to do whatever. joe ended up yapping his way to convincing me it was $190 dollars he owed me and not $250. and i was like alright sure man $190 i just want my money back. (it is $250 i checked the receipts after this call). i still have no money back and my car wont even start anymore. i will never get nothing done there again, they even tried charging $140 for an oil change. ridiculous. i wonder if they upsell everything that huge and tell you its "a great deal". i regret coming here so much because now i have no car and they wiped my entire savings account away.

So disappointing with the owner Jo, I was referred by a friend and said jo is the man but what man is he can't return my call back. I bought new tires from this shop beacuse I support family own business but man what a scam jo said he got me the best of the best tires its been 1 month and man was I wrong. First he got me the most cheapest tires and up sold me on them. I went to discount tires and they had them 300 less then what he sold me. The two front tires are wrapping so bad he's tech that had them put on didn't even install the right weight. I been trying to call him to see what he could do for me all I get is nothing back from him. Please don't trust this owner a scam he is.
