Please for the love of god. Someone needs to clean the bathrooms. It smells like a dead body. There are feces on the wall and urine caked over the floors. Rust dripping off toilet seats. My wife says the women’s is the same way. I’ve been coming to this store for many years and it’s always been like this. There has to violations being broken. There is no way this is healthy in a building that sells food.

Well light, neat shelves, easy to fin items. Beautiful produce and deli staff is courteous and quick.

This store is convenient, but it is not a great experience. The WiFi is horrible in the store and makes it challenging to scan digital coupons. A lot of stuff is out of stock, and not replenished for weeks. The deli is very slow and I have to wait 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged, and the staff is not polite. There is never a staff member to bag your groceries so you have to scramble to bag yours and then go back and pay, and finish bagging your groceries, then causing a delay in the line. They only have 2 lanes open on the weekend and that store is BUSY! Everyone goes to self checkout because of that. And that line is even longer!! There needs to be a minimum of 5 lanes open on the weekends and no one ever operates the handicap lane.
Update!!! Today… 06/15…. My two longest stops in the store…. Deli and checkout. Slow deli service. Two younger gals were standing around laughing, and ONE guy was helping customers. He even said “Hey I need help!” to his team and NO ONE came to help. So disrespectful to not help your team. Then again at checkout…3 lanes and it took me 23 minutes to get through checkout. The kid bagging my groceries was asleep on his feet… literally nodding off, eyes closed and swaying. I watched him for a good 5 minutes while I waited in line, and I was shocked no one said anything to him. And once again out of items that have been out of stock for 3 weeks now.

Items are seldom in stock when the online website says they have plenty of each item in stock. Restrooms are never clean.

DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM HERE!!! I ordered a cake from here and spoke with an employee who took my order and verified what I wanted was told they couldn't make a cake like that on short notice even though it is one from their site and so they were going to do a smaller sheet cake in a similar colorful style with a gaming theme. I called the following day to speak to the cake decorator herself and was told yes it could be made and they didn't want to discuss the style and said they would just talk to the person who took my order.
What I picked up today was horrible and no colors were used, the game controller is off center and the piping and icing are not smooth and even. It looks like the whole thing was done by someone with very little cake decorating experience and didn't care about making a good looking product.

Earlier this week, I attempted to purchase the 16-20 count shrimp advertised for $2.99 per pound with the forU store coupon. At checkout, the cashier dismissively told me I had the wrong item, despite my explaining that I picked the shrimp from a bin clearly marked with the sale sign. I offered to verify this and showed him the coupon, but he refused to listen and insisted it wouldn’t be honored, even if the seafood department confirmed otherwise.
I returned with a photo of the sign and confirmation from the seafood attendant, but the cashier continued to argue, raising his voice. Only after I requested a manager did he reluctantly adjust the price. He then left the register abruptly, seemingly to confront the seafood attendant or remove the sign.
I went to the customer service counter to speak with a manager, but her demeanor was curt. Upon hearing that the price had been adjusted, she dismissed me without offering any meaningful resolution or apology.
To make matters worse, friends and family were able to purchase the same shrimp using the same coupon without issue. This inconsistency and the way I was treated, made to feel as though I was trying to manipulate the system, was both humiliating and unacceptable.
I expect a proper response and corrective action to ensure no customer is treated this way in the future.

I go in kinda early i admit but they are a grocery store ... so i dont want the poor girl at starbucks to have to change my 100 dollar bill. So i go to cashier , she dont have it. As i walk by the manager filling up the scratch tickets she tells me #7 can cash it but i tell her no i just left there. She tells me starbucks wont have it either and never once offers to help me by breaking it i. And basically everyone standing there doing nothing..the manager could have gotten it out of customer service . Everytime i deal with this woman she is rude and unhelpful. This store has a good deli guy super nice but most the ladies there and i say that loosley. Suck and arent friendly.

The cashier said my card declined I showed her how much I had and after she said it didn’t go through even tho the machine said approved thank you and printed out a receipt I asked her about it and if I can talk to someone else she said no like I’m never going through a check out line.

Just watched two young guys walk out of the store with one of the store Brown hand baskets and it was full of food and nobody stopped them. I don't know if I'm more appalled by the lack of morals of the boys or lack of caring of store management

I got a cake on Friday deal , after opening it I noticed a long hair . I thought manager /customer service would appreciate that I’m letting them know . Instead manager was rude & acting weirdly asking me what color the hair was ? Then goes oh we don’t have a blonde working in bakery . So I guess I was making up . I told her she is ridiculous & pushed my cart away and won’t ever go back .
