Clean, open, nice space for what you expect a Rite Aid, it's an older building and you can tell. The staff is nice and overall calm environment.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have EVER seen. The people are incredibly rude, judgmental, incompetent, inconsiderate, lazy, and just plain mean. For example, I will go out of my way to call the pharmacy and ask a simple question with kindness and clarity only to be met with overt hostility and even anger (something like this;). Me: Hi, there. I hope you are having a nice day. I know my prescription isn't due until tomorrow, but I'm wondering if you can have it ready by, say, 11am? Pharmacist: (angrily) Let me see here! Name!? Me: Jos- Pharmacist: Sir, it says HERE this prescription WILL NOT BE FILLED TODAY!!! Me: I don't want it filled today, as I said before. I am simply asking if you can have my medication ready by 11am. Pharmacist: No we cannot! We annoy have it ready by ANYTIME! We will put it in the queue when we open and it will be ready when it's READY!!!!! This is just one example (of MANY) of the treatment I received while having my medication filled here. After they sat on my prescription for seven hours refusing to fill it for no reason that I can see, I switched to another establishment. I recommend all who fill at this Rite Aid stop, and those who are thinking about doing so don't. Don't get me wrong, my previous Rite Aid pharmacy in Wilsonville was wonderful. As for this location? Well need I say more?

Pharmacists are pretty friendly but they sent me home with generic/off-brand adderall without advising me and now there’s nothing that can be done about it. The generic XR option doesn’t work as well and often doesn’t have consistent doses in the capsules; that’s commonly known within the adhd community. Double check your prescriptions before you accept them.

Im giving 4 stars and here is why. I’ve been to this pharmacy many times and I haven’t had any problems because I’ve walked in. I know they are severely short staffed. This is not their fault. I called the pharmacy and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. This is the new normal. So I called and the guy at the front desk told me they were open and that I could stop in. I thanked him for going to check because it’s not his job to leave the register. I called several times and they still wouldn’t pick up in the pharmacy, so I called back and spoke to manager Chris. He went back to the pharmacy and had them pick up the phone. I didn’t want to drive 10 miles round-trip to find out if a prescription was filled or even if they got it. Sure enough it was not filled, but they did receive it. It’s too late for me to come out tonight because the prescription is for my eyes. So I can wait till tomorrow. I really appreciate the team effort between the cashier and the supervisor and even the pharmacist who was very friendly when she answered. I’m very patient. But what people don’t understand is that some people can’t just get in their car and come over to check on things. And even though this situation was figured out for me, I’m leaving four stars because I had a bad experience with the Covid booster shot in 2021. The man who gave it to me said, “oops”. Now I’m a former phlebotomist so needles don’t bother me. He told me he stuck it too far in, and I just brushed it off. But he had to have done something wrong, because I ended up in emergency the next day. The ambulance had to come through my window to get me. I’ll never know if he gave me too much of the medicine, or the wrong one. But I’ve been paying for it ever since. Is this the fault of the pharmacist or the vaccine? I don’t know. But even with this I will say that I’m going to stand by my Rite Aid, as there are worse alternatives out there like Walgreens.

This place has the WORST customer service I don’t ever know where to begin! The pharmacy can NEVER pick up the phone I mean 20-30min wait times every single time I call! And then when you do get through they are beyond rude about answering your questions. Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner or when they say it will be done.I understand being short staffed but literally not even picking up your phone to tell a customer to at least hold is absolutely ridiculous!

the cvs website advertised themselves as participating in the bridge access program so i booked an appointment to get a covid vaccine here. when i showed up the pharmacist told me it'd cost over $200, when i asked about the bridge access program she told me "you have to enroll" and then gave me a link to the same website i'd already been on. which does not have an enrollment form, google tells me there is no enrollment form, so i think this pharmacist just turned me away for not having insurance.

I generally find typical drug store chains to be pretty depressing upon entrance and try not to spend too much time in them; this location is no exception. However, it's pretty clean and efficient to get what you need and get out. Employees aren't too friendly but that's expected from a pharmacy.

it must be a sign of the times. I have been using this pharmacy for 28yrs, before it was even Rite Aid... and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the effort they put in every day against many odds, most out of their control. A little compassion and better awareness on everyone's part might help our collective perspectives.

i called 21 x in a half an hour and finally I had to call the cashier to get the pharmacy's attention when they connected me to the pharmacist he placed me on hold and then hung up on me. when I called back I couldn't reach anyone because they were closed for lunch. when they returned from lunch I called another 19 x with no answer. after calling the supervisor he placed me on hold for the pharmacy for 23 minutes and it's always like this and they never have your prescriptions right. it is a waste of time filling any prescription and they are never ready on time, the quote time they give you to pick them up but when you go to pick them up the prescription's are never ready. if you try to talk about it with a supervisor/manager in charge they have no solution for you! you will waste your time and energy and most likely ruin your day trying to get help from this pharmacy.

This was my first time coming to this location. Whoever was working at the front at 3:05 with the hijab was ruuuuuude. I didn't say or do anything offensive she made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

The pharmacy medication processing at this store was absolutely extremely slow and very disorganized. I didn't feel their were friendly staff either based on my experiences going here!!!

I see why they have such poor reviews. 6/21 Customer service person greets with dour unhappy face. Even though doctors office called in prescription over 6 hours ago she’s says it’s new prescription so not ready then walks away.I asked her if she thinks it’ll be ready because they close soon so should I wait or return tomorrow. She walks away without response. Such poor communication. I would not go here if my regular pharmacy had not run out of the medication we need.**Went back today 6/23 in the afternoon and different customer service person who was very pleasant , professional, helpful and kind not just to me but other customers . The pharmacist also very pleasant, professional, answered my questions patiently so thank you to them both! Makes me feel better about returning here.

wait times on the phone are ridiculous. have to call like 2 or 3 times before they actually answer. all the workers in the pharmacy have accents that are difficult to understand over the phone as a neurodivergent person. and they are very rude/ condescending.. the lady on the phone kept saying "ok honey ok sweetie".. super unprofessional and obnoxious. they messed up and didn't bill my insurance and almost made me pay out of pocket for my medication. i called and had to transfer it to them from Walgreens and they said they would do it. then i call back later to check to see if its ready and they have no information for me. (this happened like 3 times before they actually started working on my prescriptions) they said my meds would be ready yesterday but didn't even start working on them until today.. this place is such a mess!

Our go to pharmacy for years.just about all of your needs available.Good parking, and convenient location for us, which is the Greenway Branch.
