My wife tried to book an appointment with Providence, but the booking office said the Dr was booked for the next 90 days... and they were not allowed to book farther than that into the future. So Providence does not need, and does not accept any new patients.

We had such a lovely experience here for my one year old. I was a bit nervous taking such a young child to an urgent care that wasn't specifically pediatric but it was fantastic. We were taken back within 10 minutes (on a weekend afternoon no less). Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk worker to the nurse/MA to the doctor, were extremely friendly and kind. My son was in pain and understandably upset, and Heidi went above and beyond, bringing him stickers and little dinosaurs to distract him. The doctor diagnosed and fixed the problem extremely quickly. The entire visit was less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

It should be called Providence No Care. Poor experience with distracted nurses and doctors who write down the wrong information and don't help or prescribe medication. I have had abdominal pain and other issues and they are not following the protocol my past "good" California doctors would. No antibiotics so I suffer. I guess I'll be driving down to Los Angeles to see a real doctor who cares.

Not sure why this place gets some negative reviews about the staff. My experience was great, all around. The wait was a bit long, they told me an hour to an hour and a half, but it was only about 30-40min. The staff at the front desk were very nice and professional. The nurse assigned to me was super nice, when I explained I seemed to have an infection at a skin wound on my knee they planned to take care of it, but my other knee was full of fluid from a recent injury to my meniscus, and my knee doctor is about a week out. When I asked if they could aspirate my knee, she said normally probably not, but she would check with one of the doctors who is a bit more willing to perform procedures outside of the norm. Enter DR. Duc Nguyen. This guy is awesome! Super funny and professional at the same time. He aspirated the effusion in my knee joint and I'm feeling so much better. He went above and beyond. I left with a smile on my face from joking back and forth with Dr. Nguyen. I will definitely use this urgent care again, and ask for Dr. Nguyen by name. Great experience!

Nurse Heidi and Dr. Peng would absolutely amazing! I had been fighting this pain for 3 days and finally came it today. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I also just called to follow up with a question and spoke to Ryan and what outstanding patient/customer service he provided! Ten stars

Receptionist Julie Messman is rude, abrasive and hateful to patients. Truly one of the worst people I have encountered in any field. Based on other reviews, this mistreatment from the receptionist is the norm here. Doctors and nursing staff is fine. They're the only reason I'm not leaving a one star review. Changes need to be made at the reception desk to accurately reflect the quality of the doctors and nurses.

I would recommend going anywhere but here. First impressions, uhh the people they have at the door that do the covid check up front are rude. The lady that ran the door talked down to my partner on multiple occasions when she was simply just trying to ask questions. And they don't really keep you informed of what's going on. The people that answer the phone and check you in, are also extremely rude. There was only one man of all of the people behind the desk that was kind in person and on the phone that I delt with. The doctor I had was alright, he was kind atleast but the guy in radiology made me hop over on one leg (due to a sprain) from my medical room clear down the hallway.... Until he realized , 'oh you really shouldn't be hopping around I should of got you a wheel chair'. Just seemed to be a mess and not the kind of place you go to where you feel like you're being taken care of ..

I gave it 2 stars because the people themselves were very nice and professional. But beware of their new patient charges that insurance doesn't pay for. I got a bill for $342 to become a new patient, when I asked the business office why the cost the answer was because that's the charge. They had no option other put me on a payment plan. I was there for a standard physical and got the $342 bill. I find it unbelievable that they charge to become a patient. Most of what they asked me I already answered online. Other than take my pulse and blood pressure they didn't do anything for the amount of money they are charging. I am going back to the Portland Clinic where they don't charge you for the privilege of going to see their doctors.

This place is poorly ran. The front gal has 0 customer service skills. The "reservations" are a joke. I new to the area and will never return. I highly recommend never coming here. I've been waiting for over an hour after making a reservation. I do understand reservations are not appointments but this is beyond ridiculous.

This clinic is corrupt and all about milking your insurance for the max amount and then charging the patient just as much. For example, I went in to see an internal medicine doctor for an annual exam (no chronic issues or condition; as easy and simple as a patient can get). The visit was billed for over $1000 (yes - a thousand dollars for a basic check up that lasted maybe 20 minutes). That didn't even include the cost of the blood draw which was another $250 (I got stuck paying $150 on that). My insurance paid $500 of the $1000 and now I'm stuck paying another $500. They coded the appointment for multiple things and wouldn't be transparent about it. My insurance told me everything they were billed for and it's utter BS. My insurance fully covered the annual exam portion but all the extras they coded aren't covered. The bill reads like I got a kidney transplant while there. My husband also went to this clinic for a minor injury. His doctor didn't even him - he was seen for 1 minute by a nurse and then had an X-ray done. The 1 minute visit was billed for $500. The cost of the X-ray was separate. Feel free to use this clinic if you're okay with them robbing you blind. Perfect example of corrupt, soulless medical practice that only cares about billing for as much as they can. Disgusting!

I was very impressed by the service and caring here. No waiting and it went so smoothly. I was in and out in 30 minutes! You are to be commended for your efficiency. So nice to be treated so well! Thank You!

I went in this morning for urgent care for severe coughing and labored breathing . I have been working with my provider at a different clinic to find relief from breathing trouble caused by pnuemonia for 10 weeks with no lasting help. I had not found education, insight or an adequate support. I came in today struggling, not expecting much and the PA was amazing. She took the time to review my health history, talked me through things explaining my condition in a way no one had taken the time to before. She thoroughly explained how medications worked, what to expect and gave a treatment that substantially improved my breathing. Most importantly she offered respect, empathy and kindness that felt supportive and validating. This will be my go to urgent care for myself and kids! Thanks!

I came into urgent care early evening night before Thanksgiving. Nothing major, but did have an infection. Registering took longer than being seen by the doctor. I was taken back to a room as soon as my registration was complete. I didn't have a chance to even sit down to wait to be called. I appreciated that. Even though it was nearing closing time the night before a major holiday, the staff was very kind, polite, and did not rush me. I was quickly diagnosed and the appropriate medication prescribed. Might have had to do with the fact that I knew exactly what was wrong and what medication had worked well for me in the past. The doctor listened to me and my past experience with the situation and the test confirmed my suspicions. Everything went smoothly. I also appreciate that. I've always appreciated Providence's professionalism and kindness.

Everyone was professional and respectful. I was treated as a partner in my diagnosis and follow up care, which is great. I would highly recommend them when your medical concerns need immediate. I was confused today though. The nurse who removed the sutures said it would not be painful, but it was.

After a while morning with chest pain and no relief in sight. Given my family history of heart disease. I was getting worried, we were on our way to the beach for a long weekend and if it was heart issues I didn't want to be stuck at the beach. Got right in, nurses and drs were great! Ran a ekg evaluated my situation and felt that I need to go to er. Which I did, everything is fine no heart problems. They were very thorough and took my family history in to account as did Saint Vincent. A shout out to both this facilities.
