The owner was friendly and informative over the phone. In person, he was very helpful with notarization of documents and sending them internationally. Our family is grateful for his services. We will definitely use this business in the future if needed and recommend him to friends and family. And, the documents made it to its destination without any problems.

Very friendly and useful but I had a lot of trouble when using the address always coming back as wrong or not able to use bc the address they suggest is not accepted it has to say PMB. Then I really decided to end it when they marked one item as picked up when I hadn't gone to pick it up. Did they give it to someone else or throw it? But it is good if you really need a temp mailing service.

When the u-haul at pacific highway cancelled our 2 day van rental without notice, we were able to rent a van with no hassles at this location. Great and supportive customer service. I strongly recommend using them over the u-haul at pacific highway which you should avoid at all costs.

I've been going here weekly for about 7 months to pick up my mail. I am always happy to do this little errand because the owner/operator is pleasant and professional. Also, he knew me by face, name, and box number on only my second visit. I can't rate this store highly enough!

AWESOME experience! I had an appointment for fingerprinting (which I was late for). When I called to find out of I could still get it done, they answered on the second ring, were super friendly & reassuring that they could still get me in. Finally got there, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Got my fingerprinting done in just a couple mins. Great experience!

This is one of the best places for shipping! The owner is always very kind, professional and provides the best customer service no matter how busy it is in the store.

I’ve used the Tigard ??????? services for a number of years. They’ve been very helpful in packing my shipments and recommending which form of shipping to use based on cost and time constraints.
They always go the extra mile in making sure your patronage is appreciated. At my last visit, it was somewhat busy, but I was still pleasantly greeted right away.
While busy processing my order, they were checking on the next customer, which involved sending them a document online. That customer was given step by step instructions, while my packages were still promptly taken care of.
I believe their prices are competitive, or better than other businesses offering similar services, but their excellent customer service is a definite plus.
You might want to check out their website for services offered other than shipping.
I highly recommend ??????? in Tigard.

Terrible, unprofessional people when it comes to Fieldprint fingerprinting. Only excuses for incompetent employees. If he's retired, make him go home. Absolutely unacceptable. He couldn't wait to tell me how hateful he was to sales calls, etc when his personal phone kept ringing as he struggled through following the prompts on the screen. Absolutely ridiculous and you all shouldn't do prints at all if it's as hard as you say.
