We ordered an LG dishwasher + installation directly from LG, and when the original installers were non-responsive and unwilling to install our dishwasher, Portland Installation came through. Responsive, professional, and competitively priced. I would recommend to anyone and I’ll be using them again in the future.

They installed the dishwasher we just purchased from Costco and they did a great job. On time, great communication (how long it would take, possible issues, etc) and they wore a mask without complaint. Highly recommend!

We had a complicated hood installation. Portland Installation did a fantastic job! They were on time and cleaned up afterwards and took our old hood away too. We are very pleased and would absolutely recommend them.

These are legit professionals. Thorough and efficient - obvious they know what they are doing. Wouldn't have known they were there after they cleaned up. Didn't take any shortcuts. Wish there were more companies like this in the world.

Wow! This company is absolutely fantastic. I contacted them after purchasing a new wall oven from one of the big box retailers (including installation and haul away), and then being told by by the installers for this retailer that they couldn't do the installation due to some perceived issues with the junction box. I was told I needed to have an electrician come out to remedy the issue, then they could come back to due the installation. I wasn't entirely convinced that there was an issue, but nevertheless they said they couldn't perform the installation based on what they were seeing. Rather than call an electrician, I decided to Google search companies who do appliance installations. Portland Installations popped up right away. After reading through the reviews I took a chance and decided to call. I left a message explaining my situation, and within 15 minutes I received a call back from a very kind sounding man named Jim (who turns out to be the owner). After retelling my story he assured me that his highly trained technicians could install my oven, and could even come out the next day to do the work. He quoted me a price for the installation and haul away of the old oven, which was very comparable to what I was charged by the big box store for the same service. I decided to schedule the appointment, and the very next day James and Justin arrive at the scheduled time. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and professional, they were also very friendly. After a little assessing, they were able to remove the old wall oven and install the new one in a very timely manner. This company helped me out of what I thought was a real bind, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an appliance installed. Excellent all around for my dishwasher installation. Responded back quickly next day to my after-hours voice mail, set appointment that week. Very polite and knowledgeable installers. Highly recommend. (This was a Costco purchase: the installers they contracted never returned my calls and were scheduling > 1 month out - Costco let me switch).

We highly recommend Portland Installation! They were contracted through Costco to install our wall oven/microwave. They responded right away after I contacted them after an email from Costco said they would be the installer. They actually said they could install it on the same day that it was supposed to be delivered! They arrived on time when they said they would be there and prooved to very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the oven. They did a fast, professional and excellent job. We are very impressed and thankful for excellent service!

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. They installed our new double-wall oven and they did a fantastic job! We had to reschedule a few times because of stuff on our end and the whole time they were AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. We even called the day before our service to ask some questions and Jim was very patient and helpful. The two guys that did the install were very thoughtful and nice, and made sure that everything was done the way we wanted. If I ever need anything else installed I won't call anyone else. Thanks so much Portland Installation, Inc.!! ❤️

WOW! Portland Installation is absolutely amazing. They were able to get us scheduled same day. Because of previous owners our install was a bit complicated, and Portland Installation managed it like pros!

This has got to be the VERY BEST COMPANY EVER!!! They came out within minutes of my call and installed our new dishwasher. We had purchased the unit from Costco who was supposed to include installation, however they hadn't told us it was going to be 50 days before that would happen. Fortunately Portland Installers were there to save the day! They were very professional and respectful, and even cleaned out my cabinet under the sink for me!!Extra time was taken to assure everything was level and good to go! They then cleaned up every little spec of dirt brought in from outside! They were the nicest young men, and the bill came in right on target!!I could not be more pleased! They have earned my highest recommendation! I especially appreciate the kindness and patience they took in dealing with our issues. Thanks Portland Installation!!!

Jared removed a gas stove top today and capped the lines in less than 30 minutes. He also checked the dimensions on the new electric stove top the electrician is to install. A+work and arrived on scheduled time. Professionals! Highly recommend!
