It's in a convenient spot and has a wide range of snacks, but all the staff there are very rude and make it clear they hate being there. I've heard them say it themselves. They are also very rude towards students which is strange considering that they give the store a significant amount of business. In short, if you are just going in quickly to get a snack or something it's fine, but you are not welcome.

Used to come here all the time for years now I find my self dreading it when I have to come here for anything. That's because how rude the staff they hire is. They are either high on something and don't care to answer where something might be in this little store or they verbally assault customers. And for a mini mart half the food and other stuff this place sells is cheaper to just go down the road to winco or Walmart. Not to mention this place always looks like it's been hit by a tornado with how dirty and disgusting it is.

Rude employee just yelled at some kids who had just walked in to leave the store because there were already 3 students in the store. Absolutely ridiculous behavior towards CUSTOMERS. I know these kids, they’re theater kids from the high school who are preparing for and performing a play all afternoon/evening and just needed some snacks and coffee.

Most Plaid Pantries train their staff to be friendly. I don't believe this location got the memo. The weekday shift guy is the Champion of rude and most of the times you go into this location, whoever is working is too busy texting to acknowledge your presence. Time to shop your own store and see what the consumer sees

Because of the new flavor ban on tobacco products they will not let you use coupons on cigarettes even if it's a coupon made for their store and the lady working the counter was really rude about it forget going to this store.

Just recently a new employee has been very rude to my daughters on more than one occasion. Idk what the problem is because hes very nice & kindly greets customers before and after them. And sadly its the only store in the immediate neighborhood.

I was at this location yesterday to purchase lottery tickets. There was a mother and her two kids in the store along with a man in front of me at the checkout. While waiting my turn to check out, the man in front of me and the employee were talking. In the 30 seconds I was standing there the young employee dropped the F bomb twice and used another bad word. After purchasing my lottery tickets, I politely said to the employee “You should really watch your language with kids in the store”. This young kid looked at me and told me to GET OUT OF HIS STORE!! ?♀️ Needless to say I called corporate and told them what happened. Not sure if they will do anything. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Terrible service, girl making out with her bf behind the counter, making customers wait. Hung a door on the sign with "be right back" and went in the back, didn't come out for 15+ minutes, so everyone waiting just left.

This is the worst convenient store in Tigard. The garbage is always over flowing, the employees are rude, sassy and usually on there cell phone. The manager is not much better. If you call corporate, they don't return your calls. I refuse to ever step foot in there again.
