Poor customer service. Very understaffed. No acknowledgement while I was shopping. Store is messy while they were Stocking. Employees weren't rude, just not attentive at all.

So long story short my fiancé and I wanted a second hamster, we wanted to get the hamster a regular cage that says it’s for hamsters. The lady working there said if we don’t buy a huge fish tank we can’t get the hamster. Worst place to do business. All we wanted to do is save a life as they keep their hamster in a 7 inch cage.

Always greeted. Always ask for rewards number, and a bag. Very helpful never have I had a single employee not want to do their job. Not mention patience with customers most couldn't' handle.

Great, great customer service. Was going fishing and asked for the largest minnows. She took her time to catch only the largest which helped my fishing day a lot.

I don’t normally do these feedback surveys, BUT- my experience was so negative I thought I’d take the time and complete this.
I never had any employee ask if I needed help (and I did!). Once in line (and it was looooong) there was some hold up with a customer checking out. The checker could have said something like “sorry, we’ll be with you as soon as possible”. Apparently, there was another cashier and instead of saying “can I help the next person” he stood there and waited until we was noticed his register was open. He could not have been less friendly. I left thinking that I would never go to that store again. Our “Unleashed” store closed in Sherwood and that was the reason that I was at the King City location. The people at the Sherwood store were WONDERFUL and I’ll probably just now go to the Mud Bay store here in Sherwood. They are a lot more expensive but at least they fall all over customers to be helpful.

Tara helped me as soon as I walked into the store. She was very knowledgeable about the fish and their care. I usually don't go to Petco because of service issues in the past but I will come back to this store specifically. She was very pleasant and helpful with everything.She is awesome a customer service!!!!
