I just bought Science Diet dog food that had a sale tag of $35 on the shelf. When I bought it and I couldn’t tell if the cashier said $35 or $5 as she was ringing me up. She has to take a phone call and I didn’t get a receipt to check. I checked my bank when I got home because I kept thinking she said $5 and that couldn’t be right. My bank shows only $5 was taken out. So I thought it was weird until I checked the expiration date and realized the food I bought was 9 months expired. It wasn’t even marked as $5 or expired and the cashier wasn’t going to tell me. Why would you sale that? I wouldn’t feed my dog expired food and this feels extremely wrong to even have it on the shelf. I’m also 20 minutes away, so that’s a nice waste of gas and time.

This store has zero interest in selling aquatics. I have been here twice to purchase fish, only to be told they have too much to do to help me. Why are you open? Tonight I was told at 6pm “they had way too much to do“ to help me. I knew as soon as I saw the male associate that I wasn’t going to be helped. Don’t work in a retail store if you don’t want to help the customers. I went to Petsmart across the street and won’t be back.

Worst experience ever at this Tigard. I don't know if this lady knew what she was doing or not but she was acting horrible and acting like she knew anything asked several questions said idk and rolled her eyes to all of them she was acting lazy and like she just didn't want to do her job she wouldn't even go get someone to help and I had my 3 kids right there literally on our way out asking me why is she so rude daddy
