I walked into the store unsure of what I wanted, but after a few minutes on TikTok, I discovered a charming project I wanted to recreate for my coworkers. The staff—Lindsey, Monty, and Rebecca—were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right supplies and materials. My pumpkin lollipops turned out beautifully! Thank you all so much!

Staff goes above and beyond for customers. All staff are very kind and accomodating. The store is amazing and will lit up your party. You will find anything there for a party. 5 stars all the way. Recommend to all.

Pretty standard party store, but the guy who helped me and my friend (newer staff member), was awesome! Sorted out a little mix up on pickup days for us, and did it with humor and all smiles. He really seemed genuinely wanting to help, and that's so amazing. For what we needed, and I left feeling confident he had it well in hand. I wish I got his name, but anyways, I'll take this place over Party City, just for his service!

Absolutely LOVE this store. The workers there are so kind and helpful!!! They have decorations for EVERYTHING. I get every party decoration from this store. These are some pictures from my Halloween party last year for example , everyone should come check out this spot!

Updated 2/6/24: The manager replied below indicating that I did not have proper recollection of the events. So because they claim to have the proper recollection of the events, despite not being there, I will in fact properly recollect the event.I noticed that the 34” inch balloon was not fully inflated. I pointed this out to the employee (receipt says Monty) that assisted me. This person advised me that they did not recommend doing that to one of the Tmnt balloons that I purchased because they said it would pop. However, they agreed that they could fill in the 34” inch balloon a little more. I told them that that would work, as in not fill in the Tmnt balloon but to proceed with the filling of the 34” inch balloon. The manager was not present during this interaction. They filled up one balloon at the beginning and then walked off.And if this is the same person that then was rude when I came back to have the balloon replaced after I had called and spoke with an employee who said that they could, then they responded in a very childish manner to an upset customer.So there you have it, a recollection of the events.———————————————Party City is better for when blowing up balloons. At least when they pop, they won’t require you to pay for new balloons.

Nice presentation but balloons died overnight with extra .50 each one adding the extend life stuff…. Which extended nothing ?wouldn’t replace them either so new grandbaby didn’t get balloons ? from them, I did it myself.

The store is very dirty and not stocked with things I would particularly want and they have a zero return policy. I headed straight to party city and that worked out well.
