Update: 11/12/2023The manager called me to discuss my review. I appreciate the apology from him, and that he offered me to give them a second chance but I had already found care elsewhere, where I was greeted friendly and promptly. My suggestion to the establishment is to provide multiple forms of communication with both staff and patients, and encourage a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Cheers! As a new patient I’m astonished at how unfriendly the customer service is, the lack of ease to set an appointment and mostly the inability to communicate adequately to patients as myself. I have set an appointment only to be told less than 24 hr notice that all appointments are canceled due to unexpected paving in their parking lot when in fact they did know and still scheduled the appointment, then proceeded to lie to me and say they’ve been trying to get ahold of me but my number is out of service-which is outrageous because I’ve had the same number for the last 12 years. Overall, the theme of reviews is consistent. Bad customer service and seriously lacking communication to patients. I highly recommend finding care elsewhere.

Having worked in healthcare myself for over ten years, I know you're never going to get the same level of care at a health system connected office than a doctor with a private practice or a naturopathic practitioner. It's never really the providers fault, but the structure they're a part of that leads to overwhelmed staff and appointments so short serious issues or diving into someone's symptoms end up undiagnosed for years and you're in the hospital.I've only been here a couple of times and the experience left much to be desired. A first patient appointment bills more than 400$ to your insurance for 10 minutes or less of face to face time. Not only highway robbery, but not close to enough time to feel comfortable with a provider to discuss your concerns or issues. I have had some more serious concerns to share and they were not addressed during the very first appointment, it was more of an in and out the door ASAP experience, with unhelpful and irritable front desk staff to top it off.I called about my bill and of course, they stated that more than face-to-face determines the bill because the provider looks at your previous medical records and your labs however, there was no evidence that any of that happened during 10 minutes of face-to-face. Leading me to pay $340 out-of-pocket. My naturopath can prescribe all the medication I need and actually cares about my care, so I will not return.Overall, I recommend seeing primary care elsewhere, a private practice if you can ever find one, and supplement with a naturopath to focus on your functional health and aiming for peak energy vs only receiving care when you finally reach a chronic disease. Every appointment I've had with mine has been a full hour with a range of holistic health focus, from mental, to physical, to sleep. That's how healthcare should be.

Dr. Espino was most attentive to learn more about me and what services I might need. He has a fantastic smile and pays attention. He asked questions to clarify any items he needed to understand better. We discusses some of my history with Pacific Medical and where I wanted to go from here. He appears to have good understanding of seniors.

Dr de la Cruz a great doctor cares about his patients Dr goebel not so much he doesn't care he will give you medications that are addicting and cut you off because you were on a medication before you met him because he only wanted me to take his medication that he was prescribing me that was addicting and wanted me off the other medication which I was taking for the last 10 years well it didn't happen like that I called his office asking if he would at least prescribed me the medication until I found another doctor he declined he does not care about his patients Doctors are the #1 drug dealers in America a doctor that cares about his patients will at least give you a taper he couldn't even do that

Extremely disappointed with staff- very rude and short with me due to being on State Insurance - my son is an infant and needs care- please remind your staff that not everyone is familiar with the ins and outs of the insurance company industry and guidelines. I will be sure not to recommend this medical group to anyone no matter who their insurance provider is.

I'm 72 years old. Marla Hostetter Kropf is everything I want and need in my primary care provider: an excellent diagnostician, patient, personable, clear in her communications, attentive to my needs and preferences, conservative in her treatment approach. I'm well-satisfied with everything else about the Tigard clinic, but truthfully Nurse Marla is the linchpin.

Reluctantly I’ve dealt with these people for 8 yrs. Now that my Dr retired, seems they unable to replace her, probably because of their poor patient service and financial offerings. Takes forever to get calls answered either clinic or lab. If leave your number for call back, good luck!

My primary care physician was here for more than 10 years. I didn't visit her for 3 years during the pandemic. I didn't need medical care, and I figured staying away was good for everyone. I returned to find she had retired from treating patients. PMG reinstated me as a new patient--an excuse to charge more. I was billed an entire day's wages for half an hour with a physician. $430 for an office visit, $55 for a tetanus vaccine, and $43 for someone to inject the tetanus vaccine into my arm. Apparently, $430 doesn't include injecting a needle.Edit: The office manager did contact me, and they were very polite and helpful. Apparently, my high-deductible insurance exposed me, for the first time, to a full medical bill. My insurance pays nothing until I reach my deductible. PMG is required by regulation to charge this much. Clearly, this is an oversimplification. This review may be more of an indictment of the US medical system, but the charges were absurd, so I am leaving 1 star. The problem is not what my insurance paid. It is how much my visit cost.

I am very sick. Called on Thursday and was scheduled a Tele-med appointment for early Friday morning. I was elated. Received a call back Thursday afternoon. They were closing early and closed Friday with no Tele-med available. I was told to go to Urgent Care. Due to inclement weather I couldn't get to UC until today, Saturday. I do not understand why Tele-med had to be canceled, with so much illness happening now. This is the second time in 6 months I needed to see Dr Goebel only to be told, go to UC. Stick a fork in me, I'm done!

Dr. de la Cruz is professional and personable. I value his attention to detail and wholistic approach. I want to fully understand my health issues and he takes the time to explain his thoughts and suggestions. I feel listened to and respected. His MA and the lab staff are professional and pleasant. In spite of being extremely busy, the reception staff are always helpful. I’ve been a patient of this clinic for 25 years, have witnessed the retirement of several doctors, and am impressed with the professionalism and credentials of the newer staff members. Give this facility a try with an open mind and the understanding that our health care workers have been under pressure from the pandemic and unrealistic expectations from us, sick patients with sometimes little patience.

Nearly 20 years patient, started at Greeley and moved to Tigard. Consistently professional, helpful and thorough at both clinics the whole time.

This is the worst! Been seeing my PCP here for 1.5 years and I'm fed up. Constant screw ups in my chart. Constant scheduling screw ups. Ever time I've seen my PCP she has this cold uncaring demeanor and just wants to get me in and out as quickly as possibly. Im going on a waiting list to get into a facility that is better run.

Dr. Goebel is phenomenal! I have needed injections for recurrent trigger fingers from various providers. NO ONE comes even close to the skills of Dr. Goebel. He is an expert and deserves a gold star!

1) rarely do they answer the phone, after waiting you have to leave a message. They will call back in 1-3 days. 2) they insist in unnecessary appointments…truly feels they are just driving up revenue 3) appointments worth a doctors are often 2-3 weeks out from request. We have taken our family to this clinic for over 50 years. It has really gone downhill the last 4-5 years. They also use older equipment for exams, x-rays, lab, etc
