Stopped in to see if they had an Sig Rose in stock with red dot. Was greeted by multiple employees all seemed happy to be there.
They did not have the model in stock but the woman helping us offered to get a price to order one which was less then any of the other local gun shops so they got the sale.
Customer service goes along way so I will happily refer others here and be a return customer.

Oregon Rifleworks has been very polite and helpful every time I have shopped in the store. Ms. Emma runs a very fine establishment. I have purchased a few fire arms and quite a few accessories and have been pleased with the service and selection every time. I have worked with Mason many times and he has always been very helpful, polite and friendly. Sometimes I worry that I am being that annoying customer and even so I feel this business attitude never changes. If they do not have something they can order it and usually at a very competitive price if not even beating most other stores. I will continue to shop here and encourage other people to give it a try.

As a queer person, im usually nervous about going into gun shops, but everyone here was super friendly and respectful. They have a great selection of guns and parts. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

This shop is often very busy and for good reasons! They stock a LOT of various AR parts, mags holsters, slings, optics, etc and have a wide selection of target and defensive ammo. If you need "that one thing" to go shooting this week theres a good chance they have it. The prices are just okay, but they are all very nice and helpful.

This is by far the best overall gun shop in Oregon. Great selection, all of the employees are great, and the prices are pretty good!
Great one stop shop for the DIY builders

I've been going here for years, and honestly, it's kind of average. It's like the DMV—you only go there if you really need to. They have a really big selection with literally everything you need in one place, and their ammo isn't half bad, though it's not as cheap as Bi-Mart's prices. Some employees seem like they just want your money and get annoyed if you have too many questions. However, a lot of the female employees are really helpful and nice. Honestly, this wouldn't be my first choice for a gun store. I'd rather spend my money at Wooster or JB Firearms, but overall, it's not the worst gun store I've been to. As I said, they have an amazing selection.

wow will they lowball when trading in your gun. Lower than 4 other places I brought my pistol into. I was looking for a place that had the gun I wanted in stock. Go anywhere else for trading/selling guns

Good retail store. Poor NFA process. They have one qualified employee to conduct the certification of ATF forms and when she is out of town, there is no notification process for the additional week of waiting time. I have been waiting excessively longer than I should have and it's because they are lacking in organization of this NFA item process. I have had to call three times to ask for an update while the item has been sitting in stock. Then I call back today and they say their employee is out for another week.
For comparison, NW Armory down the street processed the same NFA item for the same individual in 2 weeks less time. I expect these kind of delays from the ATF themselves but now is this fastest time for approvals and it bites when an FFL is the bottleneck in the process.

Best gun shop in the Portland area for AR-15's and AR-15 accessories that I've been to. Prices are as good as I can find online. Service was top notch. Selection was plentiful for a retail store. The Staff was knowledgeable and if they didn't know something, they looked it up on a computer they had sitting behind the desk rather than spouting lies. Gun buying process was very smooth. Do yourself a favor and give them your business. I'll definitely be returning for more in the future.
Edit: A lot has changed in 7 years since I wrote this. The place is still very clean and friendly. They still have a good selection. Their prices though have definitely suffered. You used to go in here and know you were getting a fair price on products or ammo. Definitely not the case anymore and make sure to research what you’re buying before overpaying. I understand they’re a business but unfortunately paying 20-40% more in some cases isn’t realistic. Still some deals to be had just be mindful and double check.

I really like this place. Firearms are very fairly priced, ammo is a touch high. The customer service is phenomenal. Go in and know what you want and you’ll be out in 20 minutes tops.
