Unwilling customer service support to a prospective customer. I've been looking for a local bank to use, and the clerk was rude and dismissive claiming he had other customers he would have to help before he would help me, while his credit union is emptyNeedless to say, I won't bring my money where I'm treated poorly. My advice: go find somewhere else

I have never left a place of business feeling so guilty, embarrassed, and then angry. That place has the worst banking experience and costumer skills I could ever imagine. I know that anyone about the tellers position doesn't like there job. They have absolutely no respect or interest in what you need. Also they all stick together no matter right or wrong. I spoke to the branch manager and she would not stop talking to hear my issue,then said she was going to check into it and call me back the same day. I still haven't heard from her and I can't seem to get her number, they are doing whatever she wants. So I have been trying to find out who's above her and the same thing. Nothing

I love that there are more OnPoint locations. Just this week, Laura Ziegler patiently walked me through CDs and the premium savings bundle. She was knowledgeable and extremely kind. In the few times I've used this branch, I've never waited long and the staff have been very helpful.

Went into the Onpoint in Fred Meyers on 11/24/2023. Literally the worst experience at a Onpoint. I’ve been banking here the the last 2 decades and never any issues. Arrived at this location with only one customer in line and waited roughly 5 mins without even being acknowledged. I went to go get groceries instead of waiting any longer. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Came back to NO one in line. The young teller was on the phone. Once again, NO acknowledgment, NO, “I’ll be right with you”, NO eye contact. This time I waited a few mins and just left. Don’t come here!

Onpoint Teller said I was too close knew was at least 5 feet. CDC removed 6ft rule some time ago. If privacy same thing rope, noticeIf stubborn about this then post a rope, and notice of policy at Branch by law. I'll start with FDIC etc if notice being harrassed or singled out. Stop this nowOnpoint had many complaints I read rewiews

I would give this branch a zero star if possible, can’t speak for any other branches. I went in to help my friend with an issue activating his debit card, instead of being any help they accused my friend and I of being up too something suspicious after seeing his Oregon Drivers License! And then asked me to stop speaking for my friend who has anxiety etc! I said maybe three sentences the entire exchange. Was just being a good friend to be accused of “ being up to something suspicious” with no explanation. Terrible Experience!EDIT: Spoke to the branch manager! She was not present during the time of the exchange but proceeded to tell me they didn’t call us suspicious and that the exchange went exactly as OnPoint policy outlines. So instead of reaching out with an apology or better attitude doubled down on they’re unpleasant behavior. We already went to another branch who helped us out no issues, and no accusations.

I have been slowly moving all services fro US Bank to OnPoint, because OnPoint doesn’t take every opportunity to screw you over, like my experience with US Bank. I have had only posit experiences with top notch customer service at OnPoint.My most recent experience was with Jordan, at OnPoint Credit Union at 11565 SW Pacific Hwy. I had nothing but trouble with US Bank credit cards… but, my experience with Jordan was a delight. He was a pleasure to work with, experienced enough to be really helpful and worked quite quickly to get me all setup. I even got a call from him, so he could get me just what I wanted/needed.Don’t hesitate for a moment! OnPoint is a different experience all together… you’re going to love it.And after two decades with US Bank pain… I’m actually finding I enjoy banking again.Thanks Jordan, and everyone who works so hard to care for us little ppl there at OnPoint!

I had a really easy time opening my accounts and applying for a car loan with Jordan Butler. He had great customer service and he was really easy going, 11/10 recommend requesting him directly when you go in for anything at this branch ?

Direct from the office of the onion, we bring you: "OnPoint, where capitalism continues to improve the world, one transaction at a time!"/s.... Audible eye roll.How can these people be more terrible at managing financial transactions than a toddler?There could be case studies written about zero ux fay given attitude from the experiences I've had here.I would waste more time berating these clowns but I would rather spend the time finishing up my business here and finding a different institution to handle my financial affairs.If my experiences gained from this outfit had a smell it would be labeled as "leftover bile bucket, extra strong".Fffffffffffff

The service was good but the new employees are terrible they did not want to help me with a deposit of ten checks I recommend other branches
