Beautiful pieces and very nice people. She spent time explaining cultural nuances to me as I am unfamiliar but needed a wedding present. I was very appreciative of the time she spent and very happy with the pieces we bought. FYI it is by appointment only so call ahead.

Prices were super reasonable for the gorgeous jewelry shown. The jeweler was kind and they presented detailed designs. Any gold besides European and American are difficult to find in southern Washington. So, the drive was well worth looking and purchasing from their luxurious and foreign collection. Ma sha Allah ?

The two stars is for the jewelry I bought from her previously, as they are good quality and I like them. The -3 stars is for the awful customer service that verges on disrespect most times. I kept giving her second changes because I believe in supporting businesses owned by women of color- but the disrespectful customer service is just not worth it anymore. We contacted her to inquire about a certain piece, and with the intention of going back to buy *all* the jewelry for a big event we have coming up but we were put off by the owner’s condescending attitude and lack of transparency. We were ready to pay her overpriced price tag- we just needed more info as one usually does when buying gold but she takes any questions about gram/weight personally & gets rude. Her loss lol

I absolutely LOVE LOVE Rana! I am so wholeheartedly grateful I stumbled across Nour Jewelers. Having come from LA I was struggling to find an honest jeweler. One who could help me fix my jeweler and also make custom pieces. I came to see Rana originally because I had 2 earrings from my late dad that I wanted to quality check. But after coming in I realized she will forever be my family jeweler. Rana can make gorgeous custom pieces. I specifically feel thankful for finding Nour Jeweler because my children's names are Arabic and this is the one place I can have their Arabic name custom made in gold. I believe it would be extremely difficult for just any jeweler to do this with as much precision as Rana.It is really hard to walk out of there without buying something.10/10 recommend.Also, call ahead in advance. You need an appointment to be seen. Rana can get pretty busy, but when it's your turn you have her whole attention.

I have been going to Nour Jewelers for about 5 years now. Rana, the lady who owns the store is one of the most honest people I know!! She will tell you her honest opinion, even if it means you end up not buying from her. The products are very high quality, extremely reasonably priced, and you also get repair services on site. I have been buying all my jewelry from Rana, including engagement and wedding jewelry, and don't go anywhere else for my gold shopping.

Don’t come here if you don’t have an appointment because they won’t let you in. I drove long ways to just get here and there be an “appt only” sign on the door and no where online. When I called, the lady answered and said “well what do you want” girl. What else do people come to a jewelry store for? Very rude and the next appointment wasn’t until 5 pm. I was there at noon. I’m sure there’s better ways to run your small business.

Terriblethe door is locked I nocked she is there staring at the customer in front of her, and refused to open the door; I had 3000 dollars that I was plaining to spend on Gold. I drove my care away and called the YASSINY Jewelries, and bought me a set and an earing.
