This shop is in a residential neighborhood. My sister was like, "This seems sketch. What if we get trafficked?" The shop is legit. The young man who helped me gave me the pros and cons of the two machines I was debating on succinctly. He then put my machine together and gave me a lesson that was clear and easy to follow on how to use it. The price was 5% cheaper than on Amazon (I verified). I would 110% buy from this company again!

This might be my most pleasant experience buying anything ever...
Customer Service is amazing. I'm new to the hobby but I think I found my shop.
The pricing of the items was on par and they even offer veteran discounts
I have received my items and everything is in perfect condition and everything I ordered was in the box.
Overall can't recommend this buisness enough. When I called keph was super helpful and just down right pleasant to deal with. I got my items quickly even though I ordered right before a holiday. And if I have any trouble figuring out my set up I know that I can call for assistance.

Hard to find then it turns out it is a house in a neighborhood and not a store front. Creepy and Done! Turned around and went somewhere else. If I had known that I wouldn't have even bothered making the trip!

I ordered a almost 900 metal detector the first week of match I live in New jersey and i was really hoping it would be here by my birthday but it's not! Idk you would think they would of sent it priority or something faster then the regular ground with how much money I spent. Now it's on delay making it worse and won't even be here for 2 more days.

I placed an order for several items on October 26, 2023. I received my items a week later with free shipping. All my items arrived well packaged and accounted for.Fast forward to today, 11/15/2023. I went detecting with my new gear, which were the Nokta finds pouch, I bought two of them. While out detecting today, I noticed that one of my pouches had a manufacturing defect. One of the zipper pockets was actually stitched together and it would not open to the pocket. I came home and called out to the store and got Bob and his associate on the line. Let me tell you, they immediately apologized and are sending me out a new pouch. They were super nice and helpful. Very very easy process, I wish all customer service issues were handle this easily.Also, I was on the market for the Nokta Legend LG 12x9 coil. I searched all over and could not find it. I do not like to use Amazon because I like to support US small businesses for my hobby purchases. These guys had in stock and got it out to me. Outstanding website, outstanding customer service, and very nice to talk to. I will absolutely be using them for my metal detecting needs!!Update: As I am writing this review, my new pouch has already shipped and I was sent a notification and tracking number. That is amazing service, well done Northwest Detector Sales!

The guy running the shop was extremely rude. And everything I was there looking for had to be ordered and drop shipped. Knowledge of products they were selling was very possible poor. Wouldn't recommend going here at all. Worst experience ever.

Can't really put into writing the kind of quality and service that Northwest provides. Went in to get my first detector and was met with the kind owners who helped me out and the whole process went smoothly. Would give more stars if I could. Not to mention they also have plenty of inventory.

My go to for all things for prospecting if they don't have it listed on their site they will help you get it!! Always helpful and the people are as friendly as they come. They would have to go out of their way to lose my business at this point!
