Been meaning to visit just had to find a reason. They had something I wanted in inventory so I had a suddenly had a reason to visit. Very big display area. Everybody in there was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of closer shops to where I live, but, I will drive farther out because of my experience there.
Their website does seem to very closely match their in store inventory (I called to verify anyways), and I find this a huge plus.
They also helped me with the silencer shop kiosk which made the experience with that a lot easier than it would have been if I had just tried it myself.

I knew nothing about guns, only that I wanted one to protect myself. The staff (especially the older guy) were so patient and kind, answering all my dumb questions and really taking the time to give me the knowledge to make an informed decision. While I was there, another customer came in who seemingly knew everything about the kind of guns he liked, and the staff answered his specific, probing questions with equal patience and authority. A+++ experience, best place to buy new or used, whoever you are.

I needed help getting a suppressor and they walked me through the entire process. It was shipped from the Arizona location and they kept me posted on when it was approved/shipped then for me to come in to do more paperwork and use their SilencerCo. Kiosk to which they again helped. Were very friendly and tolerated me when I messed up accidentally clicking off a screen to be redone when they were insanely busy. I’ll be going back for more items.
Recommend for sure.

Hello, I went into Northwest Armory looking for some specific firearms. Not only was the staff very versed with their products but they have a large selection to choose from as well as accessories to go with them. They answered all my qestions. Were able to tell me about the products I purchesed and the ones I was interested in. I would highly recommend them.

Placed my order online, got my receipt email then nothing. Waited several days before reaching out to them only to find out "I should have called them sooner". Went in ASAP to do the paperwork & was told to come back on Saturday.... Saturday around noon I called to double check it was ready for pickup. I was told "Didn't they tell you when to come back" "Yes I was told today so I wanted to check before driving out" "Look I don't have time to go look for your paperwork! If they said Saturday then just come in" ... Needless to say I won't be a repeat customer.
