I came in for a standard pedicure. The place was filthy- floors look like they hadn’t been sweeped in months. The cup holders and seat of my salon chair were sticky. During my pedicure, she didn’t trim my cuticles, clean under my nails or file my nails. She just cut my big toenails shorter and that was all. I didn’t get callus removal, hot towels or hot rocks which I have always gotten at any other pedicure place. I’ve been getting pedicures every month for 10+ years- this was definitely the worst experience I’ve had to date. My paint was lumpy, and chipping off once I got home (even tho I got shellac gel polish) I had paint on my skin around my nails. I called the place to inform the lady and she hung up on me. I called back and she requested I send her photos to her cell phone. I did. I asked for my money back. She declined and told me to come in so she can take the color off (but not repaint them) if I didn’t like my service. I explained I’m only in town for 1 day because I have a work function, and I will not be in the area. She never refunded me, and hung up again.

I’ve never left a bad review before but this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had before. My nails were rushed and lumpy. The whole process was more painful than any experience I’ve ever had before and Dolly made my nails bleed multiple times. She also did a horrible job on my basic french tips. If you want acrylics, please don’t come here. I never wish to have an experience like this ever again.

I really hate leaving bad reviews and that's the only reason this isn't rated 1 star. Dolly is really sweet and super personable, but I received the worst manicure I've ever had. I really wish it wasn't so rushed so that I had more time to exam the work. I got my natural nails powder manicured one color yesterday and they are already lifting. Again, she's really sweet and that's wonderful but I paid for a dip manicure that should last at least 4 weeks and it's been one day and they're lifting. They're also very thick, lumpy and overall look unprofessional. It's hard not to take it personally when you see she has so many great reviews. I would've rather her tell me that she couldn't do them and I would've come back. The hours for this nail salon are 11-7 Monday- Saturday and 11- 6 on Sunday. I came in at 4 on Monday and by 4:50 she was in her car and gone. Nobody else there. Not only are my nails in awful shape, but she did not push my cuticles back, have me wash my hands or even clean the powder from under my nails. She applied the dip directly on my cuticles and that's why they're already lifting. I paid $60 yesterday and I've been regretting it all day today. Again, it's hard not to take this awful manicure personal when her reviews are pretty top notch. This is the reason I'm leaving this review. I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else. I'm going to have to pay again to have this removed and go without pretty nails because of this poor service. I'm sure it goes without saying but I'll not return to Nail Club.Service: Dip powder

I tried to get my pedicure and manicure at this place it was empty only the owner was there I ask her for service and do my pedicure and manicure she did not have a very good attitude but I just want it the service so I did not put that much attention to that then she was rushing the job hurting my toes, I tried to be patient, then she tried to start painting my nails finishing I stop her I Asking her her nicely to clean my nails little bit better still the previos color was there she got upset and told me nobody can tell her what to do then she make me to go she did not want it to finish the job even I asked her I felt really bad and disappointed I just wanted the service well.
I’ve been in many different places and never no one treated me like that only because I ask something for my service
One thing I know I will never comeback to this place and hope this help to someone never experience the same with this lady
I do not recommend this place at all

Made me bleed, talked talked and interrogated while giving service rather than paying attention. LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Mean and argued with me when I said I was bleeding and nails were chipping. Would never recommend. Not clean and bad customer service.

My friend and myself both got new sets of nails put on, and paid a total of $120.00 with tip. I've never been so unhappy with a set of nails in all the 20 plus years I've been wearing them. The product looked old, she put acrylic over my cuticles because she didn't bother pushing them back, most of my nails started to lift in less than 2 weeks, I have a gap between my real nail and the tip she put on, to where I have to scrub out the stuff getting stuck in them, you can see the drill marks on some of my nails, the nail design is crazy uneven. For the life of me I can't understand how she did such an awful job, she was nice as could be, we chatted amongst the three of us the whole time, so it's not like she was mad or irritated also I know is I got a raw deal after paying good money for a new set of nails I would never go back nor would I ever recommend her to any one. Pictures speak volume!
