Wow! The staff tonight was on point. All 3 of them were very helpful and quick to help with alternative food ideas. Leigh went out of his way to price adjust an item for me since they were sold out of the larger size. It was a wonderful experience. Made my night and I am greatful for the attentive staff.

Love this Mud Bay store! Staff are always friendly and ready to help. We usually buy their dog biscuits by the pound, and the mud bucket option is great! Elliott helped us today, and was so kind and thoughtful when interacting with my toddler - he offered us a cool cat sticker!

The staff in this store are so nice and helpful, and they're all animal lovers. We just came in with our brand new puppy and they helped us get what we needed without overselling. They've always been really helpful with supplies for our other pets as well.

We were just in town for a few days, but this place was awesome. They have a great selection of food and toys and we found the best rain jacket for our dog there. Highly recommend this place.

Our visits are always pleasant. The staff is genuinely curious about your animal and has made good recommendations on food, treats, and leash and harnesses.

Thank you Elliott for all the wonderful help in selecting food and fiber for my sick dog (who was at emergency vet at time of my visit). She is eating again!!! And thank you for finding correct-size sweaters for the dog I had with me. Turns out both dogs wear same size so here they are just chilling (sick dog on right).

What can I see about Mudbay?! It’s the BEST pet supply store I’ve ever been to! I get my pet’s food here all the time. The staff is super knowledgeable and you feel that they work there because they really like their jobs so much. They have great toys, a large selection of pet food, and supplies beyond the imagination. Check them out! They also give away sample pet treats, too! It’s great when I want to try something new but don’t want to commit to buying the whole bag just yet. :)
