“Admittedly, I’m one of those people that thinks about writing a review a lot more often than I actually do. My experience at the Tigard Verizon store practically demanded a review… and a really really good one at that!
My phone was stolen Wednesday evening and Thursday morning I went to get my replacement. The store had been open less than an hour and Nicholas Levine was the only salesman working and he was already with a customer. I won’t bore you with the details of my visit or transaction but it is imperative that I thank Nicholas for his outstanding service. He has to be the greatest asset of this business. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and this was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. If possible, I won’t buy another phone from anyone else. I hope the management takes care of him.

I recently visited the AT&T store in Washington Square Mall with a major service issue. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Laura Porter, the Assistant Store Manager. From the moment Laura engaged with, she treated me with deep care and consideration. She listened attentively to my concerns, showed compassion, and more importantly quickly found effective solutions to my problem. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service were truly outstanding. AT&T is very lucky to have such a remarkable leader. “A couple of months ago, I bought a Samsung phone from AT&T. The phone worked OK, but I felt like I wasn't getting all it had to give. I made an appointment with the Bridgeport AT&T shop. What a difference: the employee there tweaked an issue or two, then explained how/why. Now my phone is all I'd hoped it would be.”

JJ continued the great service Manny began and shared personal insights we found refreshing, while he assured us of the value/benefits/security we wanted in our phone purchase. Ivan stepped in for a delightful visit, while the transfer process continued until their store-closing. Like I said, this T-Mobile team was ALL THAT. I'm glad we drove to where reviews pointed to good service and hope my review helps!”

“I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!”
“I didn't catch her name but she was working the closing shift Sunday 2/25. She was amazing and definitely deserves a promotion. She is not only bilingual which is awesome but she went the extra mile for us and it was late in the day but she so positive and full of energy.”
“They recently renovated this store to add an Ulta section and a larger Starbucks. They both look very nice and shiny but the Ulta is usually very sparse with products. I'm going to attribute that to the backlog of COVID supply chain issues.”
