Rafael and Becsx were very helpful. They went above and beyond to solve a problem that was a time consuming problem to solve. They did everything they could to fix it including calling management to get more advise on what they could do solve the issue. After it was all settled they even waived any fee that would normally have been included for transferring an old phone number with a different carrier to the current carrier. Rafael even came in to the store after receiving the call from Becsx on How to resolve the matter.

Friday September 29 10am I showed up to this store know one was there at 10:10 a lady showed up looking like she had a hang over looking frazzled. I ask her if she's open know she told me we will be open in 10 minutes so if your not going to open tell 10:30am why have signs saying your open at 10am this location is vary unprofessional wouldn't recommend going here.also If your going to be late you really don't need to have a attitude

Worst place ever no one answers there phone I thought of selling phone is to sell and make customer come back this place is a scam stay away everybody if they ain’t making commission they are pocketing your money. The lady told me every store is different and has the own regulations but there nothing advertised that I need to spend $50 to $100 in accessories just for one phone plus get insurance mind you there only pocketing the extra money for themselves and the owners are okay with it I will be reporting the BBB because they promoting versus what they are selling in store is wrong a fraud do to not get the product itself.

For a year, I was unable to access my account due to someone else changing my pin twice and adding a high security password on my account. I went in to buy a new phone and wasn't able to at first due to the high security being on the account. Rico was able to get in contact with the right people to finally help me solve this nightmare. And he even stayed late for me to buy a new phone! I cannot thank him enough for helping me out (:

Customer service person was swearing at customer. Kicked customer out of the store for asking questions about their account. this same sales man was hitting on female customer and blew up when it wasn't reciprocated .

The Tigard location never ever ever answers there phone every time I try to call them! It just rings and rings and rings. Shame on them bad customer service! Rate 0!

Service at Powell and 122nd was a disaster which I'm still suffering.My data when I activated my new phone was completely ignored and the clerks data was uploaded in my account, couldn't even registered my card and I had to imputed manually every month, luckily the new clerk at the same location was able to change my password and upload my info.

I have been to this store location several times in the past two weeks and they have always closed early without any explanation or any note on the door whatsoever the last time I went which was this evening the person was in there they had 15 more minutes before they were supposed to close and he would not open the door so I am switching my service because their customer service here in Tigard is the worst

0 ? not one!Did not open at the time they say. Its says open at 10. Its now 12:30.... And i needed a new phone. And to pay my bill. Not my phone is deactivated.... Im so mad ? i have stuff that needs to be done on my phone and now i can't do it. I wouldn't recommend this store. Go someplace els!

Bought a defective phone here at the end of August. Within a month it wasn't sending texts or working properly. The manager said he would order me a new phone....3 weeks later no new phone. So I went back in and got the same run around about him ordering a new phone. He told me Id hear from him in 2-3, days. It's now another 3 weeks later and I still have yet to get a new phone...that I was also expected to pay for. I don't appreciate being hustled and lied to. Will be taking this up with corporate. Do not waste your time or money at this location. This is by far one of the worst metro stores I have been to.
